I just had my first appointment at this office and I absolutely love them! Mattie x-rayed and cleaned my teeth. She's so sweet and patient and chatted a bit with me to help pass the time and before I knew it I was practically finished with my appointment! It was a completely pain-free experience! I'm so glad I happened upon this office... as long as they except my insurance coverage this is now my life-long place for all my dental care needs! It really is the best dental experience I've ever had in my entire 57 years!!! Thanks again, Mattie! You're the best!!!

We love Franklin dental. My daughter isn't afraid to go to the dentist and they are wonderful with children. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Very satisfied from beginning to end! From the moment I walked in the door til my treatments were over, I was very pleased. The entire staff are awesome. From Megan up front to Dr Brandon and everyone in between. They're all very friendly and welcoming and make you feel so comfortable. Dr Brandon is totally awesome and is very professional. I honestly was surprised at how little pain I felt with the numbing of my gums. I had quite a few teeth pulled and Dr Brandon is so patient and gentle and caring. I actually was very relaxed and I don't believe I've ever been able to say that about a dentist office. I was very pleased with the care I received. Peggy explained every detail of the xrays and procedures. Everyone is very friendly and made my visit very comfortable. I'll never go anywhere else.

Peggy is the best she makes the whole cleaning process feel like your just laying in the chair!! Dr. Franklin has the best chair side manor. Love coming here from the moment you walk through the door your welcomed and treated like your part of the family. The whole staff is wonderful! Franklin Dental is a friendly, make you feel like family office. You get professional well trained employees doing your dental work. The owner, Randy Franklin, is a really good dentist. Very knowledgeable, and can do so many procedures. My hygienist, Maddie, is super!!! I highly recommend them.

Went to the dentist today and had a tooth removed! Dr. Brandon did an awesome job! I would recommend him to anyone who has United healthcare insurance dual complete. I really didn't have a lot of pain because he took his time and believe me when I say she was as stubborn as me ???? but he kept me pain free!! THANK YOU DR.BRANDON!! I’m 34 yrs old and I have went to the dentist every 6 months faithfully. They are like the 6th Dentist I have been to and it was such an amazing experience. I got a bad abscess and had no insurance and was in so much pain I didn’t know what to do. Past experience if I didn’t have all the money they wouldn’t even c me and even if I did it would take me at least three weeks if I was lucky. Well not only did they not mind I didn’t have all the money that day they offer there own in house insurance that is amazing, but instead of making me wait for pay day when I had the money she said she wasn’t worried bout the money her main concern was to get me seen immediately and got me an appointment for 2 hour later.
