Dr. James Lee Joy

The dental hygienist was very friendly, thorough, competent & pleasant. All the staff I interacted with was very polite & friendly. Dr. Joy spent ample time to examine my teeth, ask questions & give me all the information I needed.

I've been going to Dr. Joy now for over 10 yrs., and I'll tell you he and his staff are some of the Best anyone could ever ask for, they care about keeping your mouth healthy and they actually care about listening to you and what you need. I highly recommend Dr. Joy!

A friend of mine recommended Dr. Joy to me many years ago, and I am very pleased with his service. He takes time to listen and offer advice whenever I have questions. He has helped me with my dental issues with professionalism and promptness. Stephanie has always been my hygienist. She is extra patient and checks to see if I'm comfortable because I am nervous during the cleaning process. Thankfully her technique and style of cleaning have worked and I feel much more relaxed. I have been terrified of dentist since childhood. Dr. Joy and his staff were understanding and capable of helping me work through my fears and never once did I feel any judgment. I am so very thankful for their kindness and expertise.

The staff and Dr. Joy always do an outstanding job. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Joy for 20 years, and we drive from Huntsville. My wife is very afraid of the dentist and we went to several dentist before we found Dr. Joy. His entire staff is always concerned with the patients comfort and always put my wife at ease. My grandchildren are now patients and we all feel like part of the family when we visit his office.

MY FAMILY AND I LOVE DR. JAMES JOY AND THE DENTAL ASSISTANTS. I HAVE BEEN GOING SINCE I WAS A LITTLE GIRL. I STARTED MY HUSBAND GOING WHEN WE GOT TOGETHER. NOW OUR KIDZ GO TOO. THEY ARE 8 AND 14 YEARS OLD. NOW MY KIDDOS ARE 13 AND 19. WE STILL LOVE GOING TO SEE DR. JOY FOR ALL OUR DENTAL NEEDS

Great visit with Dr Joy. Dr Joy Has my best interest in mind with any dental procedure.

Dr. Joy was so good with my son as he had to extract 2 baby teeth. I would definitwly recommend him for adults and kids too!

My kids have been patients for about 8 years. Dr Joy and his team have been fantastic. When my kids were little and wanted them to stop with a cleaning, they would and didn't push them to continue. Instead the technician would ask if my kids were ok with them just brushing their teeth. My youngest had to get some baby and a few permanent teeth remove for orthodontics reasons, and Dr Joy and his team made her feel comfortable. They were quick, but I didn't feel like they were pressing us. The really care about their patients and making them feel comfortable. I appreciate them and all the hardwork they do.

His hygienist broke my partial and all he said was “well it is old”. Now I have to go in debt and get a new one but not from him.

My wife has had multiple surgeries because he left a file in my wife's mouth the first surgery he left the fle in there the second surgery he thought he removed it all but would not listen to or complaints about her mouth being swollen for over a month when she finally was able to come in he realize that he had even left more file in there which at that point her mouth was so destroyed that he had to remove the teeth and after removing the teeth he proceeded to tell us that or Insurance wouldn't cover anything after the teeth being removed for years my wife has had to suffer because of the things that he has done to her My wife has had multiple surgeries because he left a file in my wife's mouth the first surgery he left the fle in there the second surgery he thought he removed it all but would not listen to or complaints about her mouth being swollen for … More

Husband was in pain with a hole in tooth would not see him because they only had cleanings appointments . would not refur this Dental office because of not willing to work with a patent.

Wonderful staff and Dr. Joy is great! They were willing to work with me on payment , even as a brand new patient. Highly recommend!

I called with a horrible toothache. I had an appointment within 2 hours. I ended up having a cracked tooth with infection. Dr. Joy and his staff were so kind and patient with me and my anxiety. Have used Dr. Joy for years. Every trustworthy. He is not going to tell you you have a cavity, unless you really have a cavity. He is very friendly and patient. His staff is nice, too.
