Very rude staff if I can give them zero I would. Sandra in billing department were very biggity and talk down like she know everything I highly recommend not to go get them ...very prejudiced staff

I’ve been going to Dr. Ray ever since relocating to Georgia. I’ve had such painful experiences with dentists starting from childhood. I have moved a little further away from his office but between Dr. Ray’s gentle touch and his warm and courteous staff, I will never change dentists as long as I live in the CSRA.

Love the staff they are friendly and the Dr. Ray has a great personality that makes you feel welcomed. You can tell he values his patients and wants to give them the best care possible.

Exceptionally caring. Joyful laid back atmosphere. Dr. Ray and his staff are just fantastic. Genuinely caring people. Very satisfied.

Best dentist office I have ever encountered. Everyone is caring and professional. Doctor Ray is so accommodating when questions are asked. He always make sure you are comfortable with any procedures.

Dr. Ray and his staff have been nothing but welcoming to me. I found Dr. Ray's office after being referred out for a root canal and i did not want to return to my original dentist after her practice was sold to another dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Ray to anyone looking for quality dental care. Great chairside manner.

Very Competent and Thorough....Listened to my concerns and addressed these quickly.... His Staff Even Discovered Bad Insurance Billing Practices from My Former Dentist that was unknown to me.

Love this office. My son had an appointment today and it went very well!! He has severe ADHD, EFD and anxiety. Normally he will not let me leave him alone at any appointment due to him struggling with communication and being uncomfortable. Dr Ray and his hygienist were great! They made him comfortable enough and listened to at previously appointments that he was okay for me to not be back with him! Thank You.

I absolutely love this dentist office! I must go on record and say that this is the most pleasant practice that I have ever gone too, because I hate going to dentist offices unless I can be put to sleep. (Lol) Dr. Ray shows and gives excellent care for/to his patients and his assistant , Ms. Deborah is AWESOME! Taeis (maybe spelled incorrectly) is as gentle as a bluebird cleaning and flossing. This office will go above and beyond. If there is something that can't be done at his office, he put you with the best person that can!

Best dentist office by far. Dr Ray really takes the time to explain everything and make sure you are comfortable. I appreciate that through the process of getting my tooth fixed they both checked with me to make sure I was okay.

My visits was awesome. Everyone treats you with the utmost respect. The Hygienists are very professional and kind. Dr. Ray is not a dentist that treat you like a number, he genuinely cares that he is giving you the treatment that you need and nothing more. I would recommend this dental office to anybody.

Wow! Just...wow! I was treated with care from intake to cleaning to exam. Very peaceful environment. My hygienist took time to speak with me prior to beginning the cleaning process. Asked questions and clearly communicated with Dr. Ray prior to my exam. Convenient location, appointment began promptly.

I’m a 20+ year patient of this practice and highly recommend them. There are so many positives to mention that I do not know where to begin. Every single person there has always treated me with care and kindness.

I first began seeing Dr Ray when he was in a little yellow house on Peach Orchard Road. Now he's located on West Wheeler Road in such a beautiful office with lovely furnishings, the exam rooms offer privacy, most comfortable dentist chairs, the very best staff, and when it comes to cleanliness the place is immaculate! Dr Ray is so kind, very professional but cordial, friendly and personable at the same time. He makes you feel as though you are his only patient. His work is tops! ??

If you and your family are looking for a dental office, Dr Rays is the family’s best bet! Staff is wonderful, from reception to hygienist and of course The Doc ! My entire family feels like family upon entering ! What a blessing.

I almost walked out after checking in at the front desk. The lady was very rude and unprofessional each time I had to interact with her. I told the hygienist about my interactions with the front desk and she told me there have been many complaints about her. Dr. Ray and the hygienist were amazing, but I am opting to take my services elsewhere because of the receptionist.

I love going here! They are all so wonderful! Even great with my 6 yo, she loves going to the dentist.

Wonderful people, caring and professional , I’ve known Sandra for over 20 years and she has been the greatest and so accommodating to me, I feel like family. Dr. Ray took over after Dr. Bennett retired, he has been a great provider for dental care and I truly feel the transition has been a wonderful one.

Doctors Rays office is so personable, every one that works there is very nice. The hygienist are all so good and Doctor Ray gives the best pain-free shot I have ever had. He is very honest and I really respect his opinion. I don't think you would be disappointed if you chose his office for your dental work.

Dr. Ray provides excellent service and his technical staff is great. They’re also very accommodating of my schedule as I usually can’t go to appointments until late afternoons. Would recommend this dentist in Augusta to anybody I know.

Had another good visit with Dr. Ray. I lost a filling and had not had to do anything past cleaning maintenance for a long time. I was rather anxious. He is very kind and eased my anxiety. Deb , his assistant, was very helpful and kind as she always is. I would recommend Dr Ray to anyone looking for a new dentist.
