Front desk lady announced that I took so long in the bathroom by saying to the whole reception room “she is finally ready”. I had a bathroom problem but had arrived 30 minutes early. I was given a new patient packet which took 20 minutes to fill out. The office was closed for lunch until 2pm which was my appointment time. I was told I couldn’t be seen for my original check up. I walked out. Shocked because I had always been treated kindly by this dentist.

She announced to the whole reception room by very loudly stating “She’s finally ready!!” The were closed for lunch until 2pm and I arrived at 1:36pm to a locked office. When they finally unlocked the door I held the door for the other people waiting and so I was last. I had a bathroom issue and had been given a new patient form to fill out which took 20 minutes. Then after scolding me for being so late was told I couldn’t be seen for my check up.

I was having serious tooth pain and a infected tooth, they were able to get me in the office at 9 AM without an appointment, removing the tooth.

Everyone was so nice and made me feel very welcome! The dentist was so gentle and sweet talking and made me feel so comfortable as he took my bad tooth out.Everyone was Awesome!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Sisson's since 2006. The staff is very friendly, professional, and thorough. Although I no longer live in Pendleton and have numerous choices in my current city, I still choose to drive back to Pendleton for my dental care.

Dr. Sisson was WONDERFUL with my 2 year old daughter. We came in with concerns because she likes her juice and sugar and just wanted to check in on development. She’s doing great and did amazing, partly due to how the staff and dr handled her. She was a bit restless but they were understanding and took the time with her. 100% recommended and we will definitely be going back. This place was great! Took my 4 year old for his first appointment and the dental assistant did an amazing job with him and made him feel comfortable with the whole experience. They did a good job with me as well.

Dr Sisson and his entire staff are wonderful! They are a 'family' and treat the patients as a member of their family. For one who is not enthusiastic about undertaking dental work, I have been very comfortable with all work they have accomplished inside my mouth from routine cleaning, to extractions and partials. Thank You!!!

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences and actually enjoy going to the dentist. The staff and Dr. Sisson understand their patients. I feel as if they work to develope a relationship and the conversations are meaningful. The atmosphere of the office is also very welcoming and would most certainly recommend to any individual.

Our dentist retired and we were faced with finding a new dentist for our family. Dr. Sisson and his team has made our transition seamless. They are always friendly and we are taken care of in a timely manner, never having to wait long. I also appreciate the information they provide as to what insurance will cover and what we will owe. I took my 4 year old here today for her first dentist experience. The staff was really Friendly and worked so well with her during her cleaning.

I've been a patient of Dr. Sisson since he opened his practice. Friendly and very qualified staff. Very happy with the level of care I received

The first filling he did was sloppy work. Only explained he had put too much filling in. He recommended that one tooth be recapped, I went and got a second opinion. Replacing the cap was not necessary and if he had he may have done more damage. I would never recommend this dentist. He was a great disappointment.
