Dr stanislaw made my knee worse than it was before I came in to see him I'm in constant pain all day long because of my knee that he messed up worse and wants me to continue to pay what my insurance didn't pay $375 he don't deserve it what my insurance gave him is enough he should be giving me money for messing up my knee I'll never go back to see him and I will not recommend him to anybody I should have listened to people when they was telling me how he was rude disrespectful and and didn't care about his patients and I believe every word of it he don't need to be a doctor and he needs to go through some of the pain that he's put his patients through and I don't care if he likes what I'm saying or not I don't care this man has put me in constant daily pain

He is a great doctor. I have seen him many times and he always has done great job. He cares very much about his patient's.

The staff and physicians/physician assistants are very nice. They answer answered all my questions and concerns. I was scheduled the day I called. I have been pleased with the treatment I have received so far.

The professionalism and over all care I received from Dr. Stanislaw made me feel like I was one of his own family members. Also the hospital staff at UNC Caldwell were super great to work with. I've never had a major surgery before and was very skeptical. However seeing how they treated me and my family. I would totally recommend this facility and staff to anyone. Dr. Stanislaw has been taking care of my joints since around the year 2000 ! Have always trusted his diagnoses and opinions ! Dr Stanislaw was very friendly, he took the time to explain what was going on with my knee. He discussed the new medication I was getting and my other option my insurance approved for me. The staff at EmergeOrtho are great!!!

I was not pleased at all with this place. Being my first time, I felt like nobody cared about me. Would not go back. I should ha e just throws my money in the trash.

Left a packet with MRI and Bonescan cds and reports at Lenoir office for him, addressed to him from me, and included my birth date and phone number on envelope. Told receptonist what it was, and that they said they wouldn't make an appointment for me, until he looked at my records. Never heard anything for 2 weeks, and finally went to pick it back up today. After searching over 10 minutes, they finally found my records, and the girl said the reason nobody looked at them was because there were no instructions on the envelope. Are you kidding me??? It was addressed to him. Are they that brain-dead in this office? If they had no clue, why didn't they call me, as my number is on the envelope. I once had a high opinion of Dr. Stanislaw, but due to this incident, will no longer use him or EmergeOrtho. I will take my records to someone who wants to treat their patients who are in pain, communicates with them, and doesn't make excuses for their own stupity.

Over 3 weeks ago I called EmergeOrtho in Lenoir, to make an appointment for severe pain in my hip, with Dr. Stanislaw (whom I had seen before as a patient). The girl told me I would need to bring in any imaging and/or reports for him to look at, before they would make an appointment. I had other facilities mail my MRI and Bone Scan cd’s, along with all reports, put them in a clasp envelope addressed to Dr. Stanislaw from me, including my phone number and birth date, and dropped them off in Lenoir 2 weeks ago. I explained what it was for to the girl at the counter, and she said she’d give it to Dr. Stanislaw. I never heard anything else from them. I went down the mountain today to Lenoir, to pick up my packet, since I need to get something done, and they obviously did not want to help me. I told the girl at the counter who I was, and said I wanted my records back if they weren’t going to help me. It took her over 10 minutes to find my envelope containing my records, still unopened. She told me the reason it was never looked at for the past 2 weeks, is because it had no instructions on it, and they didn’t know what to do with it. Are you kidding me??? Why couldn’t they call me, as my number was on the envelope, if this was the problem? Are they really that mentally deficient in this office? Is this all the better they take care of someone’s medical records, seeing how it took over 10 minutes to find them. I once held Dr. Stanislaw in high regard, but will NEVER be back to him, or EmergeOrtho, due to this incident, and will seek medical care elsewhere, at a place that is serious about caring for their patients, and not making excuses.

He botched the simplest surgery there is, carpal tunnel. My hand is 1000 percent worse than before

Top flight!! Wonderful, caring Dr. Wouldn't want anyone else caring for me or my family!!

I would not recommend to anyone. Everyone from beginning to end are so impersonal it is like dealing with robots. No personality, cold, and not the least interested in me or my problem. Good place to go if you want to feel like a side of beef being processed. I will not be going back.
