My brother had open heart surgery 5/ 31/22. As his sister, Power of attorney, caregiver and retired RN I found it unbelievable that Dr. Taylor could perform open heart surgery without ever seeing or speaking with me. My brother can only remember seeing him two times during hospital stay. He has done well with the surgery and I was kept informed during the surgery and while in ICU from Dr. Taylor’s PAs. You can only assume that you are a number & $$$. when a surgeon doesn’t have time to see you or speak to you.

He performed tripple bypass surgery on my 83yo mother. He never mentioned the risk of severe dementia caused by the heart lung pump. The pump sends plaque from the arteries into the brain. My mother's personality has changed and she now has limited memory. Can't get any help from Lewis Gale. Follow up is non existent. I feel so guilty for not asking about risks before her surgery. He told us without the surgery, she would have a heart attack soon. I have since discovered that the surgery can be done without the pump. He performed tripple bypass surgery on my 83yo mother. Dr taylor did a double bypass on me on 1/3/20 they where awesome very professional and caring

Dr. Taylor was very informative as to the best course of action I should consider due to my injury. His staff were all very caring and polite.

I had triple bypass surgery performed by Dr Taylor and his team Feb 26 2019. The nurses were awesome and Dr Taylor did an awesome job on my surgery. Definitely would recommend his team to anyone
