I appreciate the care I receive from Dr. Wallace and his entire staff.

Not only is the staff and Dr. Wallace amazing .... but I must give my highest marks to Shannon and Tina in the lab. Shannon is always wonderful when taking care of my blood tests, and Tina is incredible! I did not even feel the needle when she handled my blood draw!!!! Hats off to these ladies!

Dr. James Wallace has been my Primary Care Physician for many years. I have found him to always be very professional and willing to take the time necessary to listen to my concerns and provide the needed medical care. PA Beard and the other office staff are excellent and very efficient. I would recommend this medical office and Dr. Wallace to anyone needing care. I have complete trust in the care I receive here.

Waiting time was very short. Dr. Wallace took plenty of time to go over my results of my lab work. He addressed all of my concerns.

I wish everybody could experience the kindness and care Dr Wallace gives! He has never made me feel rushed. Also if I have a 10:00 appt I guarantee I will see him no later than 10:15. Prompt every time! His whole group is excellent.

The appointment was prompt and thorough. The treatment plan was clear with any necessary medication and referrals discussed and confirmed before leaving the office. Everyone is always kind and compassionate. The experience overall is as pleasant and comfortable as a health care visit can be. Dr. Wallace is a caring physician; concerned about your health. If you have a health issue he will help you get the best treatment available.

Dr. Wallace has been my doctor for a little over ten years. I leave my appointments feeling I have had a thorough and meaningful appointment. He is one of the most courteous and friendly doctors I ever met. I feel confident in the decisions he has made in regards to tests, medications, referrals and such. I also appreciate that he comes in prepared and I rarely wait more than a few minutes once the triage has been completed.

I can't say enough about the incredible staff and wonderful Doctor. It is evident from the moment I sign in through the entire doctor's visit, that EVERYONE truly cares about my well being. And to top that, their professionalism is beyond compare. Imagine a doctor saying, "We want to hear from you in a few days to know how you're feeling". Dr. Wallace is the most compassionate doctor I know. When you visit him for whatever reason, he always listens to everything you say, even if it does not necessarily pertain to the reason for your visit! Dr. Wallace is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnosis. I would not go to any other doctor unless he recommended it.

I just don't care for their office and changed our family doctor a while back after being told I would have to wait over a month to see him which is a little longer than normal, but not much as usual wait time is 2-3 weeks. If all you ever need is lab work or a regular checkup or anything else that can wait 2 weeks or more feel free to go as he does seem to know his stuff but usually pushes it off onto other doctors because he's not a 'specialist' in anything that I'm aware of and that means even MORE wait time. Their employees aren't rude but their not polite or courteous either. Might as well be talking to a computer simulated voice on the phone. Also if you call and they say they'll call you back, then you better be prepared to either wait a few days or call them back yourself.
