I went to see him about four years ago because I have a chronic cough and always have to clear my throat. His only suggestion was “ stop clearing your throat.” It was the most worthless appointment I have ever had in my life. He didn’t recommend a follow up with himself or anyone and didn’t give me anything to help. Worst Doctor ever.

So I just seen this “dr” today, and what a horrible experience. First off he was 30 minutes late which whatever. Then, after finding out I had uha insurance it’s like he just lost all care. Very unprofessional. He blamed my sinus problems at first on teeth related problems, then looked at the cat scan recently done and said it’s not teeth related. He then blamed my sinus problems on migraines lol which I don’t have. I explained to him I have had sinus problems for the last 8 years, ct scan shows pulups in my sinus ducts. Told him that previous doctors has tried everything to help clear it, antibiotics, nasal sprays and medications with no luck. So what’s he do, he tells me to take more antibiotics, the same ones that have been prescribed over the last 8 years with no luck lol he also said all the previous doctors was wrong, and that he was right that it’s migraine related. I then asked him, does migraines cause bloody mucus, nose constantly plugged, allergy problems, swollen sinuses..he then said well no. I told him I’m not here for migraines, I’m here for sinus problems. He smiled at me very cocky like. He also told me that my nostrils were constricted and needs surgery to help breath…but a migraine diagnosis lol Told me I could find another dr lol I told him I’ll take the antibiotics to simply prove him wrong. Waited a very long time to see this guy to get HORRIBLE service and to be misdiagnosed and the same prescription that hasn’t helped over the past 8 years be prescribed. I’m honestly not sure how this guy is still in practice. If I could give him less than a star I would gladly do so. The office ladies were nice though!! I saw Dr Yun for the first time today. I found him to be very comfortable and knowledgeable with me. I’ve been having trouble breathing and he immediately found the problem and suggested trying over the counter medication in the hopes that they might help but if not letting me know the next step would be surgery. I left his office feeling very happy that this doctor didn’t rush through my exam but took time to really figure out how to help me I saw Dr Yun for the first time today. My mother has dementia. She had heard bad things about Dr Yun and was afraid to see him. I called, talked to the office staff and they were beyond understanding. When I brought mom in, Dr Yun was patient with her beyond words. Cannot recommend him enough, nor his staff. He treated mom's condition and gave us an understandable plan of care! Great Doctor.

Jamie Yun is rad. Really good doctor and friend. If you want a no BS approach to your care by someone that will let you know every step of the way how things are going this is the office for you.

Wonderful staff, comfortable building, excellent MD. Saw dr Koch for recurring nosebleeds. Very thorough exam. Problem taken care of. Excellent home care instructions.

I've known Doctor Yun for years, as a friend, a doctor, a businessman and a community leader! He is a wonderful person and in all facets of his life and practice does his best to help people out! Anyone should give this man a try when it comes to family medical care for ENT purposes.

Thank the good Lord for Dr. Yun. I recently and a hemi-thyroidectomy and my recovery has gone smoothly. Dr. Yun made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. If you ever need an amazing ENT, please stay local there is no need to go out of town with such awesome and amazing doctors here.

Refuses to return voicemails left everyday concerning them turning us over to collections on an account that isn’t ours!! Next step is an attorney at this point I guess.

I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Yun and his staff. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk ladies were cheery and got my paperwork done right away. The atmosphere is super nice in their office and feels welcoming. The wait was a little longer but they were pretty busy. I can say though that Dr. Yun was completely wonderful… to the point but still answered all my questions. Would recommend anyone goes to these guys for ENT needs.

This office is one of the best in Roseburg! I can’t even begin to express how nice people are here. They greet you as you come in and make you feel like a person, not just another patient.

I have severe allergy issues, and often I am admittedly pretty unreasonable and cranky as I have dealt with this my whole life. I usually know what I need to do and really just want someone to fill the same prescriptions I have been getting for years. At first Dr. Yun kinda got on my bad side by questioning my knowledge of my symptom and not really listening to what I had to say, I felt a little dismissed at first. But I did listen to him and chewed on it a bit and agreed to do some new test and try some new things. I got to tell you it has changed my attitude on listening to Doctors he was 100% right, and honestly I was stuck in a rut of 30 years of the same thing, technology and medicine have changed and I was just stubborn. Dr. Yun persisted and basically forced me to change the way I do things and I can honestly say I have never felt better.

Dr. Yun is wonderful, you can definitely tell he has kids because he was great with my daughter when she needed to have her ears looked at. Wonderful staff!!!

Love the atmosphere of this place, it is more like a high end spa than a doctors office. You feel good when you walk into Roseburg ENT, unlike most doctor offices that feel institutional and unnerving. They put a lot of work into patient comfort as well as patient care! Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Yun is fantastic. He helped me out with a mass that he removed! Couldnt have had a better experience

I don’t know anything about the Doctors or the staff. That’s because my appointment is 2 months out. How can you diagnose and fix a issue 2 months after the fact. Hopefully after 2 months my symptoms will be ago. Healthcare in Roseburg is terrible.

Dr.Loch is pleasant; however he mentioned a procedure that may help my condition, yet did not know how to perform it in their office. Also, apparently he does not listen well, as he called in incorrect prescription, which meant I had to go back to office to have it corrected. Waste of time and money.

I should have read the reviews before I went here. Apparently everyone in town knows what a horrible doctor's office this was and I had to find out through experience. I was yelled at today by Carly Mach PA for a straight 20 minutes during my appointment. Unfortunately they are unqualified to deal with Allergy-Induced asthma and instead got reamed for not "rinsing out my nose with saline" because that's all they know how to do. Instead she kept reiterating I needed a "pulmonologist" for my asthma. You guys are an allergy office. You should know how to deal with allergy-induced asthma. I got the run around from them saying I needed to go to my primary and my primary tells me to see the allergist. I felt like a child instead of a grown 43 year old woman. Carl Shreiner does not practice here any more so they really should take his name off the practice because he's getting a bad name with the quacks in this office. Completely unprofessional. Dr. Yun did my tonsillectomy today and he was so sweet,caring, and gentle he explained everything so well and genuinely cared about my anxiety and pain, would recommend anyone to him

Dr. Loch was very caring and helpful with helping my daughter today. Listened to our concerns and explained what different treatments were available if needed.

Dr Loch is a kind and caring doctor who cares about taking care of his patients. He is patient and thorough with his care and it’s always a relief to find a doctor who puts his patients first.

I was pleasantly surprised how thorough Dr. Loch was . He took time to listen to my concerns and issues. He was reassuring and very informative. His nurse was attentive and caring as well. The woman at the front desk was friendly also. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Loch for ENT issues.

Ive known Dr. Yun for a long time. He is a fantastic Doctor and does his best to make sure you understand what is going to happen and why it needs to happen for whatever your condition is. I would highly recommend him.

I was to Dr. Yun in 2019 after other specialists were unable to determine why I had a chronic cough and throat constriction that affected my speaking and singing. Dr. Yun determined that I had vocal cord nodules and sent me to a speech therapist. The therapy techniques I learned helped reduce the size of the nodules enabling me to sing again! I am very appreciative of Dr. Yun's treatment of me and referral for therapy. Dr. Yun willingly and considerately answered my questions and was compassionate in handling the difficulty of putting a scope down my throat.

I went to dr. Yun with a bad cough and a lot of congestion in my throat that made me have to clear my throat all the time. His answer was stop coughing and stop clearing your throat and drink water. needless to say that didn't help at all. he also made me feel like I was stupid that I didn't already know that I was supposed to stop clearing my throat and stop coughing. I would not refer him to my worst enemy

Ever since Carl Sch. Stopped practicing this office has take a turn for the worst. Sad to see a great business turn into such an unpleasant experience. Just don't!

ENT Associates of Roseburg LLC has a monopoly on this area and they use that to punish their patients. They have zero compassion whatsoever and I don't recommend going there. Yet another reason why healthcare in Douglas County absolutely sucks. I have 85,000 people who follow me on Instagram who will be made aware that because I missed a recent appointment they refuse to see me even though I'm coughing up blood. Shame on them. I am not a review type of guy. I will not bash people because it is not professional. There our two negative reviews on this ENT and they are as true as and as similar to my families experience with him. Because of his lack of being able to put his arrogance and pride aside. Due to his lack of being a proactive, patient oriented doctor, our son at 5 years old was told he has permanent mild hearing loss in his right ear. This could have been prevented and that is a quote from several of the doctors we have now met due to this doctor not doing his job and being rude to my wife. He might be a good person in his personal life but I would drive however far away if that meant my son would not have to go through this again, with him. I am not a review type of guy. Dr. Yun told us to have our son’s hearing checked and that there was nothing more he could do for his headaches. Sunday after Thanksgiving he was in so much pain we took him to the ER at Mercy. The ER doctor immediately ordered a scan which took about 5 minutes. The scan revealed a massive brain tumor and he was rushed by ambulance to Riverbend where it was removed. Dr. Yun is the last Dr. on earth I would ever recommend to anyone!!! Dr. Yun told us to have our son’s hearing checked and that there was nothing more he could do for his headaches. He's an incompetent Western family doctor, this reject wrote off our concerns with our daughter tiwce, talked to my wife in a condescending manner, and dropped the "when you have done this as long as I have" BS. If he would have at least accidentally done his job right a year ago, we wouldn't be at dornbeckers right now, where they said good thing we removed her adenoids, they where blocking 95% of her airway. This could have prevented a years worth of stunted growth. Absolut quack, would love to discuss Any issue he has with this review in person with him... My ONLY visit was in 2017 for coughing months after cold. (Cough for YEARS after cold). I was told to stop BP med (I had just STARTED and was NOT the cause as I had had this cough YEARS) and to get a chest x-ray. I did NOT want to get chest x-ray as had NORMAL chest x-ray a couple years ago for cough. I did NOT want to change BP Med. He gave an asthma inhaler & nasal spray that DID NOT help. REFUSED to see me again due to not stopping BP med and not getting x-ray. HE DID NOT LISTEN AT ALL! ?

The hell he has caused from not doing his job coulda ALL been avoided.... I visited Dr Yun twice with my young daughter. Both times he made me feel stupid. His attitude was uncalled for and he did NOTHING for my daughter. I had to take her 3 hours away to get help from an ENT in Portland. I am sitting at Dorenbechers as I type this.The Dr after surgery came out to tell me her tonsils were a lot larger then even she expected and her adenoids were blocking 95% of her airway! Will never recomend!!

Recently, I missed my appointment with this office. It was my fault that I heard the time incorrectly. Being that I worked for a medical office for 10 years, I understand the importance of not missing an appointment. I was treated disrespectfully by the staff at the front desk and will be driving to another town apparently. Waited three months for an appointment. The assistant brought me to a room where they automatically numbed my nose. She gave me a paperwork clipboard to fill out. She left the room for about 15min. After getting done I noticed about 5 other patients paperwork that the patients had filled out. All personal information that I now know about. The doctor arrived and we talked for awhile, apparently my symptoms have nothing to do with his expertise and he referred me to a neurologist. But not after having a look in my nose, which he said himself he didn't need to do after talking with me.. which they had already numbed.. which is now costing me in the range of $700 out of pocket. Extremely disappointed that the doctor didn't come in and talk to me before having such a procedure done, as it wasn't needed. I was already numbed and half way through the procedure and wouldn't have been able to back out. This place is a trap trying to take your money. If you don't mind your personal information (Name, address, health problems.. out for everyone to see, by all means. Be cautious if you come here. Waited three months for an appointment. Dr. Schreiner is a genuinely good guy and a very competent doc... the visible decor in this place makes me uncomfortable... the high dollar fixtures and floors the expansive hallways.... this place screams wealth. All that aside I do really like the doc...

My husband has been seeing Dr Carl Schreiner for years...great doctor!! We have been very happy with him. Highly recommend!!

HE IS A VERY GOOD DR.

Dr Yun was a nice provider, however, his office staff and their knowledge of billing is deplorable. If you stand up for your patient rights they will remove you as a patient. I was removed as a patient for nothing other than I stood up for myself. I was never abusive or belligerent.
