She was knowledgeable, able to answer all of my many questions and super optimistic given my concerns which gave me hope!

We wasted a whole year at a different clinic that was cold, we saw our dr only once the whole year & felt like just another # with hopes of being part of their “success rate”. My husband & I had decided that we didn’t want to keep doing this stuff if this is how it was going to be, BUT by the grace of God, We came across TFI webinar on FB. We could attend & get questions answered. After just a quick hour at Dr. Montville’s webinar, all of our questions were answered in a sincere, thorough, & understanding way. My husband & I immediately knew we couldn’t give up yet & we wanted to try TFI. This was our last grasp at hope which has become our success! We CANNOT recommend Dr. Montville enough! Even if we weren’t successful, the experience alone was worth the try! We were greeted at every visit by him with a smile, a hand shake, & lots of info. Everything was explained in “normal” language so we understood every single step of the way! ALL of the nurses are fantastic - I’m biased towards Chelsea, Jenny, & Kelly as they were the ones assigned to me! FANTASTIC support from them every single step of the way!! THANK YOU GUYS!! This would not have been possible without you!

We have moved from Los Angeles and want to transfer our embryos to the best clinic in central Tennessee. We needed to start a consultation and a personal meeting with a doctor in order to choose who we should go next with. But when we contacted this clinic, we were unpleasantly surprised. It turns out that we must first fill out a bunch of documents and share delicate personal information with this clinic, ssn, and this is in order for them to deign to communicate on a video call, which we also needed to pay for. They didn't even want to talk about a personal meeting. How to understand that? Is it in such a conservative state? It's outrageous. How can you demand a person's personal data without talking to him in person in the clinic's office? We only needed a consultation and maybe an examination before deciding whether we would cooperate with this clinic or not. The questions in the mandatory online questionnaire were approximately as follows: at what age did your mother give birth to her first child? Do you have hair there and there? What did you have in this life? What medicines were taken three years ago when conceiving a child? Did you smoke and when and how many cigarettes? And so on. horror!

He's a good dr. The conversation was awesome and he seemed to care about my needs. Wasn't late on pushing my prescription through, or recommending me for certain procedures. Thank you

2021- This review is not against the Dr. himself, as I had only actually met with him once during a consult. It is more so based on my experience with the entire operations. Much like the other reviewer said, I had a similar experience. You could never reach anyone by phone, only by the portal. Responses were delayed by days, sometimes weeks, when the time was essential on when to start taking certain meds. After my consult for egg freezing, they immediately prescribed me medication, which I felt so uneasy about, I figured I would get a few more appointments of ultrasounds or whatever checkups needed; they said it was unnecessary since I had brought in blood results from months prior and could start the process immediately. After every conversation via the portal, they tried to give me instructions on injections which again made me feel uneasy doing them without guided instruction at first, then they finally agreed to let me come in the day I was going to start so they could teach me when I was actually not due to come in for a few days after being on the injections (sounds so crazy to me that till this point I would still not have been inside the office until a few days after my first injections). Then when they tried to send my prescription in, it was a continued back and forth issue with the office & insurance. The office did not send in the correct dosage and verbiage as these meds are extremely hard to get approved by insurance unless the language in dosage is correct. It actually ended up delaying my process by another month. Finally, we decided to start on Monday as I would have been returning from a trip; needless to say, I came home after talking with some girlfriends from the west coast, and none of them had experiences like mine. They all hand-holding through this process where mine felt cold and scary. Thankfully the pharmacy was able to hold the meds and not charge me right away; I figured I'd come home and think about it; maybe they would call me to check up on me since I was supposed to start meds on that Monday... but NOBODY EVER CALLED, EMAILED OR CHECKED UP to see how I was doing. I felt utterly neglected, as I was only freezing my eggs, and they probably give more attention to IVF patients, but again, this process was very distant, transactional, and not for me. This was a very intimate procedure for me, and the lack of trust and communication was the kicker. I want to know that if I'm spending 10-20k on a procedure, a clinic that will essentially be holding my future in their hands, that I could trust them, that they would be empathetic and nurturing my needs as their patient. Unfortunately, the Franklin/ Nashville area is entirely monopolized by these two companies who have similar reviews; I now have to fly cross-country to another clinic I feel better suits my needs and that I can trust to keep my eggs, and essentially the future of my fertility at their hands. 2021- This review is not against the Dr. himself, as I had only actually met with him once during a consult. I would give them a better rating if I actually got to speak with a representative. I’ve been calling the office for the past 3 weeks and I keep leaving a voicemail. When I try to contact the office back, it goes straight to voicemail every time. I even tried to reach out through the website and was unsuccessful. As expensive as IVF is, you would think they would have a better system of communication with their patients. Do better! Dr. Montville and the entire TFI team are amazing. I was very anxious about the IVF process and they honestly made it an enjoyable experience. I talked to Dr. Roman and I feel comfortable talking to her and she is very direct to the point on what she found out from our records on what we need to work out from both of us to be able to conceive. And she is also on board on making our plan productive sooner :)

Infertility is not for the faint of heart. It is a long and hard road, full of many ups and downs, unknowns, and periods of waiting. The staff here are amazing, they have gone above and beyond during my entire experience here. IVF isn't an easy journey to be on, but they definitely make it a not so scary one.

Don’t waste your time going to NFC. TFI was a far better experience. A knowledgeable, caring, and supportive staff provide the right amount of personal care and support you need during this extremely delicate time. I have been dealing with fertility issues for nearly 5 years. This was my third doctor. I wish I had gone here first!

Dr. Montville and his team have been nothing but amazing during our IVF process! His team is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with all of our questions and we never felt like just another number to them! I can’t sing their praises enough!

Dr Montville and his team were wonderful throughout our entire experience. I was a patient for over two years and I am successfully pregnant now! Benitha was amazing, always responsive, helpful and friendly. Teresa was always helpful with billing questions or understanding charges. The other ladies in the office were awesome as well every time, whether I was having blood drawn, making an appointment, or having a procedure. They were all so nice and caring and took the time to get to know me and that meant a lot. Dr M called me himself to give me results and would always take time to explain everything going on and answer every one of the many questions I asked. They were patient with me and prompt in their responses. I never felt like a number. Everyone in the office knew me by name and treated me so well. I am forever grateful to Dr Montville and the team at Tennessee Fertility for my experience there. Oh and Jennifer the Embryologist was amazing! She was so helpful and even called me at home at 7:30pm one night bc I had a question and was really concerned about something and she didn’t want me to worry until the morning. I wasn't really satisfied with Dr. MONTVILLE. He suggested to go for IUI, put me on OI medicine and went ahead with IUI even though the follicle size on CD11 was 26mm which is bigger than normal recommend size. I was kinda sure its gonna fail... i feel he cld hv suggested to skip the procedure for this cycle but he didn't. My insurance covers 80% cost of treatment but still cost of IUI was about 1000$. I wasn't really satisfied with Dr. MONTVILLE. We came to Dr. Montville with a diagnosis of unexplained infertility. In our initial consult, he asked about our family goals, explained treatment options, and gave us time to consider the approach that would meet our needs. He did not make us repeat testing given that we had records from a prior provider. Throughout our IUI process, he talked us through every detail, spent ample time with me during my scans, and answered all of my questions. I was referred to Tennessee fertility institute by the VA. All the interactions I’ve had with Dr.Ruman and staff thus far have been great! Any and all questions I have are always answered honestly and directly or in a timely manner. I love the atmosphere I walk into every time I visit being that I am a very chipper person 90% of the time and everyone including the staff gives off the same energy. We have been working with Dr. Montville since 2018 and knew from our first meeting that he was the perfect doctor to help us build a family. Fertility treatments can be so overwhelming, but Dr. Montville walked us through the process to ensure we understood. I still have the drawing he did for us to help explain IVF during one of our initial consultations. Throughout my appointments and procedures I felt that the entire staff truly understood the struggles we were facing and were there to support us on our journey. I saw Dr.Montville and absolutely loved him! We drove 2 hours and 45 min each appointment just because we trusted him more than any of the other doctors we met with prior to deciding who we wanted to pursue our IVF journey with. He is upfront and honest which is always my preference. He takes time to explain everything and is genuine about the care he gives to his patients. The staff was great as well. They respond quickly and give your lab results in a couple hours after the appointment. They are quick and efficient. Dr monteville takes his time to really treat you like a patient, calling you personally. He and his staff really go the extra mile for their patients. I used Dr Session from Jan 2015 - October 2016 when we finally conceived. She was fantastic to work with and the office staff was super friendly.

Dr. Montville and his team exceeded our expectations in every way. Our whole IVF journey with TFI was a joy. Dr. Montville always answered any questions we had and we never felt rushed through and appointment. Even my husband said he explained things in a way he never had heard before and it made so much more sense. He has an excellent bedside manner and we felt safe and cared for every time we were in the office. His team is some of the best nurses I’ve ever worked with. They truly care about their patients and took the time to get to know us. Any time I had questions they would get back to me right away - even calling me back after hours of need be.
