Great medical facility, friendly and professional staff!

Dr. Tissot and everyone else, from the front desk to the phlebotimist, are professional, super nice, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

It’s now been 30 days since my surgery and I’m feeling great and doing great. Dr. Tissot and his staff reacted swiftly to my situation and I can’t be more thankful. I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs this type of care.

Gave us good information and liked his opinion surgery is not a first option for treatment. Communicated very well with us.

Dr. Tissot knows this patient through many years and knows how to attend to my urology needs. I have trust in his knowledge and treatment.

Dr. Tissot has always taken care of me and I am very pleased with his findings, recommendatios and results. Really glad I'm under his care.

Dr.Tissot is awesome! Got me in fast to remove a stuck kidney stone! He's a wonderful surgeon and great communicator! I've always had good experiences because of him- in hospital and office!

I went in for the male child prevention procedure this morning at 10a. The team was super polite and Dr Tissot was the best. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. 4 hours later I’m ready to roll!

Was able to get in promptly. Dr Tissot was very thorough and quick to get back with me on my test results and to talk about further action. He is a very caring Dr and his office staff are wonderful to work with.

Excellent, personable physician.

Very positive experience. Dr. Tissot is very likable. I highly recommend I had a test done today and he called me himself to talk about the results.

Doctor Tissot is very helpful and has the friendliest staff in Nashville.

Dr. Tissot is an excellent doctor. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything so that you understand.

Rushed in appointment. Did not want to take time to communicate. Do not trust decision from Dr. Tissot. First order for scan was not communicated at all to patient and patient was never told where to go. Second scan appointment Dr Tissot sent wrong order over to radiologist. Was given impression Dr. Tissot did not want to treat patient, but would rather not be bothered.

Dr. Tissot and the entire staff were very friendly, took the time to explain procedures and processes, and made sure that all questions were answered. I would highly recommend!

Office staff is pleasant, wait time is minimal. Emily (NP) and Dr. Tissot we’re knowledgable and had a good bedside manner. They explained procedure and reason for it. No complaints!

Dr Tissot and staff are very professional and have a genuine concern for their patients. I would recommend Dr Tissot and staff to any person needing a professional Urologist.

The folks there are amazing!! Chrissy saw me in the hallway and recognized that I was having trouble and immediately went to work on me to ease my pain. Dr. Tissot came in and was very helpful explaining what was happening and what they are going to do to get me straightened out.

From the time you enter the office until you leave, first class caring service. Dr. Tissot always has time to talk to you and explain everything making sure you understand what is going on. Don't look forward to going to see a doctor, but going here doesn't bother me at all.

Doctor Tissot is wonderful! He has been managing my care since 2010 when he did surgery to remove a small tumor. He is very attentive and personable.

Dr Tissot and staff were great. My son had pain. They got him in promptly. Dr Tissot was very thorough and reassuring. He also related well to my teenager. I highly recommend this office and Dr Tissot.

Had 5 surgeries done by Dr. Tissot. He is always Professional, and explained all procedures well. About to have another procedure done next week on the 27th, which will be the 6th within the past 5 years. Dr. Tissot is awesome!

Easy to talk with, Dr. Tissot is an excellent communicator.

Very personable doctor. Dr T is always friendly, good humored and relaxed. He never appears rushed and answers questions thoroughly and with understandable details. I guess that folks who have urological issues who require medical attention are understandably uneasy about seeing a new doctor. Dr. Tissot is very caring and forth right with his patients. I appreciated his honesty and explanations about my options. He called my husband at home and reexplained everything to him. His bedside manners are exemplary and very much appreciated when your not expecting to have surgery 6 hours after being admitted thru ER. Excellent physician. Great staff all around from receptionist, nurses, and doctors.

Dr. Tissot is a very knowledgeable and personable doctor. He is part of a long-established Urology practice that has treated patients, including myself, for many years. Highly recommend.

Dr. Tissot has been my urologist for years, I trust him with my life. He is one of the best. I've had urology problems since I was 16. I've had a few urologist but none I consider as good as Dr. Tissot.

I am 75 years old. I have medical issues that many men my age have. I sought out a physician with a stellar rating. After a long search I settled on Dr. Tissot. He has been kind and caring. He has been honest in all of his advice. Everything he has told me has been just as he said it would be. My urological health has been restored. If you’re looking for the best care don’t pass this doctor by.

Great conversation. Very great service.

All of the staff were wonderful. I felt very safe and Dr. Tissot was very professional, kind, and explained everything around my upcoming surgery. TN Oncology referred me to him.

I have always felt comfortable here with all staff including Dr. Tissot! Wait time is minimal! Staff courteous. Concerned. Questions always answered.

It is very obvious that Dr. Tissot cares for his patients. In a time where customer service has fallen short or is even none existent he demonstrates just the opposite. He is professional and personable. More importantly, he takes the time to thoroughly explain his medical process, tests and procedures in a way that is understandable and easy to follow. I wish more of my physicians were like him. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a urologist. It is very obvious that Dr. Tissot cares for his patients. Dr Tissot is a fantastic doctor!!

Dr Tissot is the best Doctor, I have been going there for over 7 years.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Didn't have to wait to be called back to exam room. Staff explained what they were doing. And didn't wait to long before Dr. Tissot came in. Discussed my needs and out in a reasonable time

This is not a review of Dr Tissot, but rather his office/management. Very poor treatment from the office. Took four separate phone calls over the course of several weeks to get a response. They promise to call you back but don’t. It’s ironic that that are called patient advocates. I’m not sure if Dr Tissot is good or not but it is hard to have confidence in a Dr who allows patience to be treated like a number. Perhaps the blame should only be on urology associates management. It’s a shame that our health care has reduced to computer voices. It seems they all would rather that you just go to the ER than try to help you in a preventative manner. It is stressful and depressing. I noticed in other negative reviews that they suggest calling, but the number given is the same number that didn’t respond. Just more automated responses for criticisms. Good luck to anyone here, maybe you’ll have a better experience and maybe Dr Tissot. has no influence on the office. I’m sure he is busy. UPDATE: Urology associates has contacted me and have started a ‘care team’ to help communicate better with patients. I believe that it is a sincere effort. Also, I now feel certain that my experience does NOT reflect upon Dr Tissot or any of the other doctors within their system. Sorry for any confusion in that regard. Thanks.
