She ghosted me during the worst depressive episode of my life when I tried repeatedly to get in contact with her.I had been her patient for two years. All-around horrible person who doesn’t care about anyone.

Dr. Baird shuns young girls away from her office after having them as patients for multiple months. Doesn’t reply to messages or calls and when you walk into office acted like she had no idea who the patient was and had no actual reasoning for dropping young patient other than “doesn’t have enough time” “very busy.” Horrible business would not recommend. Very caring and understanding!

I have been seeing Dr. Baird for about 10 years. She has been an exceptional therapist for me. Excellent at listening and supporting my needs.

Dr. Baird is an amazing psychologist, my kids absolutely love her. Initially, her office was in the Wyomissing area. Over seven years ago we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Baird and began our client-patient relationship. Sadly, less then a year later I learned she was leaving the practice, my heart sank. I had such a hard time finding a practice that was (A) accepting new patients and (B) not booking 3 to 4 months out. At the time my daughter was beyond my control, I was desperate to find help with handling her extreme and overwhelming behavior, so having to go through that ordeal all over again was definitely out of the question. Thank GOD! Dr. Baird was able to take her clientele with her if they chose to follow and with no hesitation I did, without even first knowing where she was relocating. It didn't matter, my kids are comfortable with her and look forward to there meeting. Granted her new location is quite a drive, but totally worth it for their sake. I highly recommend Dr. Janet L. A very nice person, very intelligent and great bedside manner. She is #1

She scheduled and charged us only to tell us she's not taking new therapy clients. We drove in treacherous weather to get my child there that day and we were out in 30 minutes, she wanted to medicate my child that quickly, down $50 and given "advice" to call our insurance co. ????

During one of my worst depressive episodes to date, Dr. Baird ghosted me, refusing to pick up my calls or call me back when I needed to schedule an appointment. She also has her voicemail machine on full blast so whenever you leave a voicemail everyone in the waiting room can hear it, learning about you or your child's personal life and information. Furthermore, you can hear entire conversations with other clients through her thin walls due to the lack of a noise machine. Yes, she is kind and compassionate (at times) but I do not recommend her at all. She was negligent in the treatment of my son and never even returned emergency phone calls regarding his safety during a med related incident

Dr. Baird is the favorite Psychiatrist I have ever worked with. I look forward to seeing her soon.

Best in the business. What we think a doctor should be. can't find any better.

You will NEVER FIND A BETTER, KINDER, MORE UNDERSTANDING AND CARING DOCTOR,at least in Montgomery, Bucks, Berks or Delaware Counties. If your tired of being treated like a number, a paycheck, or just another patient,then this is the Dr for you.I could go on and on about all the things that make her&her staff so rare&amazing but it would take me forever. I will end by saying Dr Baird will treat you like a human being&do everything possible to help you!
