Deserves ZERO stars. I wouldn’t send my neighbors dog to her. The worst Dr. I’ve ever seen. From the first appt. she was never on my side and it was very clear she truly didn’t care about my well being. She is dismissive and doesn’t listen to what you are saying. Has problems with her memory and would suggest the same medications over and over again when I had already tried them. When you are sick you need someone to be able to stand up and advocate for you - Janet Osterman will NOT be an advocate for you she will only hinder your care and treatment. My quality of life has decreased to nothing since she became my Dr. Everything I said to her was ignored and dismissed. My life would be so much better off had I never met her. The many other Drs I’ve seen over the yrs were all in agreement with my treatment plan. Osterman came in and changed everything saying ALL my previous doctors didn’t know what they were doing. Please take this as a warning! I wish someone had warned me.

The absolute worst Dr I’ve ever seen. Does NOT listen to the patient. Has memory problems - repeats herself constantly. She is condescending and dismissive. When I tell her what’s happening she says “that’s not true” or “that couldn’t happen”. Shuts you down repeatedly. Dr Osterman has left me suffering for 1 year. She deserves zero stars.
