I called them 8 times over a span of two days and no one picked up the phone even though I called during their office hours. They canceled my appointment without my consent, said that they left me a voice mail, yet never answered when I returned the call. They only gave me 3 days worth of pain medication for a cavity that they filled incorrectly, which would be fine if the only available appointment to fix it wasn't two weeks out. When I finally got in touch with them (two days later) about getting more medication for the shooting pain in my tooth, they informed me that they canceled my appointment, and I needed to see an orthodontist. That would have been great to know when I went in the first time. I'm a full time student and I work so I need to make these appointments far in advance to make sure that they fit in with my work and school schedule. These people are not remotely concerned with the wellbeing of their patients.
