Not thorough at all. I also didn’t receive any discharge instructions

I went to the ER due to irregular heart rate. Dr. Derbort was very caring and spent about an hour with me talking to me about my issues and watching heart rate on the monitors. He was very personable and did not make me feel rushed. He was easy to talk to and have me good information about what was going on with my heart rate (then referred me to a cardiologist for extra precaution). As for the other person that rated this doctor a one star, Dr Derbort was right. A sinus infection, although severe, should be treated in the office, not ER.

This Dr. is extremely RUDE went to the ER cause my eyes were swollen shut and my son hadn't eaten in 2 days. He never even looked at us them told me "ER is not for common colds it's for people who had heart attacks, strokes, and gun shot wounds so go get over the counter medicine". Then walked out the triage room and discharged us. I end up having chronic sinus infection and nerve damage in my face from the inflammation. Then my son had strep throat and a fever when we were at the ER.
