Dr and his entire staff are the best, professional, calming and caring. Have been without insurance for almost 10 yes. Finally got insurance last yr and got a Dr referral due to hip /back pain and CT scan from hospital. Discussed what was going on what test and scan we needed to do, provided rx to reduce the inflammation in the joints. Helped with referrals with new scans.

Dr Heaton is amazing with his patients. He makes them comfortable with providing information about the injury and next steps.

I needed a partial knee replacement & my current doctor with The Hughston Clinic, Dr Kevin Collins, didn't perform this type surgery. Thankfully, he referred me to his colleague, Dr Matthew Heaton. I immediately knew I was in good hands! He explained the procedure & recovery in a way that I fully understood. I was extremely impressed with his expertise, knowledge, bedside manner & his association with The Hughston Clinic. He talks to you as if you're a friend & puts you at ease. My husband & I, numerous family members have had various surgeries at The Hughston Clinic & we wouldn't hink about going anywhere else because of they're great orthopedic surgeons. I highly recommend Dr Heaton to others!!

Dr. Heaton is the Best, excellent patient interaction, listens intently to your personal issues for the patients pain or discomfort perspective, before making an evaluation, recommending a course of action, be it medication, surgery, therapy, rest or combination of all, he has seen myself, my wife, as well has been a valued resource with multiple children with broken arms over the years. I would give him a 10 out of 5 Stars!

Awesome! First Visit today 8/21/2020 This Doctor came in did X-Rays Himself, X-Rays I didn’t know existed! Yes I am very must absolutely sold on Dr. Heaton! He is the Doctor to Perform my Knee Surgery. Also his Nurse Cassidy, XRay technicians, Nurse to Schedule Surgery Rachel, All Are So Very Friendly and know their Jobs so very well! I Am Blessed! Thank you Lord!

Dr Heaton surpassed my expectations. He listened to my concerns. He made eye to eye contact. He seemed genuinely concerned for my well being, both physically and emotionally.
