I like Dr. Heaven's office and staff they are professional, friendly and attentive. I had their service for 3 years and I have always had appointments with in a timely manner. Would recommend ????

The doctor is okay but the women who work there are sooo rude all on the phone nasty and rude! They don’t want your opinion or suggestions on how to approach and effectively follow up on appointments.She said she left a message but I don’t check messages!(But after the rude response I checked just to see she didn’t leave a voicemail yesterday!!My advice is to send text messages!! Rude and get some nice employees cause they ain’t it!!!Now I’m looking for a new eye doctor that schedules appointments within a reasonable amount of time ????

I called as a new patient to set up an appointment but the receptionist was so rude. I can’t even imagine how I would be treated as a patient here.

Pretty decent place. The Dr. was kind & the lady that showed me the frames was very patient while I made my selections. When I came to pick up my prescription the next week, I noticed that my lens were dirty, she cleaned them on the spot. Great business. Wasn’t in there longer either.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! i had an appointment today 11/18/21 , when i was at the door the RECEPTIONIST tell me i can not go inside with my baby. My kids lost the day of school, lost them after school programs because they won't be considered with all of us! My babysitter is sick that's why i bring my baby.. they said WE HAVE TO SCHEDULE A NEW APPOINTMENT (seriously) we have things to do ma'am!! My kids don't like missing schools and you don't be kind with us. And let me tell the worst part of this.. they are Hispanic like me! Amazing Dr. is very polite and kind helped me find my problems and address them. Dr. Heaven even sent me over to the best specialist for my problems, also by his recommendation. He is an amazing optometrist and the staff is always friendly and very helpful! Thank you all!

Dr. Heaven is always very professional towards me and answers all my questions. I've been seeing him for at least 5 years now, so definitely recommend him. Most of his staff are kind but I noticed one who was frankly rude to one of her coworkers when she was just getting the receipt for me to sign. Made me sad for the woman helping me. The work environment seems a bit hostile but I like this place since I can get in and out quickly and can take my prescriptions to Costco for contacts and frames. I still recommend though. Dr. Heaven is the absolute best. My daughter had something in her eye that I thought was nothing. He brought us in and it turned out to be crazy glue! And she had rubbed her eye so much she scratched the surface! He was so gentle and even followed up to make sure she was ok…great bedside manner and excellent skill!

Five stars for Heaven Eye Care! Dr. Heaven and his staff are friendly and easy to work with. If you're in the market for contacts and/or glasses, or it's just time to finally get around to getting your eyes checked (you know you've let it go too long!), do yourself a favor and make an appointment.

Money hungry rude staff. They made my daughter cry because she “took too long” trying to get contacts in she has never worn before. They wanted more money for me to come back and try again. I was on medical bedrest for 4 months, tried to come back after 5 months since I had already paid for the exam, said rx was expired and I would have to pay again and redo the exam. Save your money and headache and go somewhere else. In response to your response, your statements are absolutely false. 1. I brought in two children and was very candid that one had experience with contacts and 1 did not. Your staff made my daughter very uncomfortable rushing her and rolling their eyes and huffing and puffing because it took too long. She was so upset when we left I called back to complain. 2. I called twice soon after that appointment to setup another time for her to come in and both times your staff would not make the appointment on the phone and told me someone would call me back. I was never called back. 3. After my bedrest was lifted I called again (within 5 months) so we could finalize the process and purchase contacts and was then told the rx was expired. Honestly not sure why the doc would allow people like you to run his business, I feel bad for all the people who have come in there and been treated as such. It is not a huge deal to us, my daughter really did not want to come back there, so we will go somewhere else with a nicer facility and good customer service, but perhaps you should consider that your behavior and treatment of people will reflect poorly on yourselves and the unfortunate owner/doc. Bad service. Messed up our glasses and said we took one of our glasses when we didn’t and we argued back and said they would call the police when they misplaced the glasses. My appointment went well when I went with my son. The people in the front could be a little nicer, but Mr. Heaven was helpful through the visit. I hope the employees help costumers better because when I was there people come in and out. Of course they take precautions as they should, but if someone drove to the place to make an appointment they shouldn't be denied of it at the time and given a card telling them to call instead. As I was waiting to be seen by the time the person walked in there was nobody else there besides my child and I and another person. And he could of been on break, maybe didn't own a phone. Been using Dr. Heaven since he was at Pearl Vision by Perimeter. Friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. Have gotten many checkups & eyeglasses from him. The office checks your temperature and the staff wears masks. Patients have to wear masks as well. Most of the staff has been good. They have been going through a number of front office staff in the past few years. Some of them have been confrontational, argumentative, and rude. From losing files to incorrect orders and refusing to correct them. Adds a lot of stress to an otherwise good experience. I have seen a lot of professionals lose business over poor staff. i have been going since i was in middle school (a college student now) and dr. heaven has always been considerate and thoughtful. sometimes i miss my yearly check ups but when i finally stop by, he always checks on me and asks how my vision is and if it’s gotten worse. i’m a worrisome person so i always have questions but he politely answers them to the best of his ability and suggests what i could do to solve the issue myself before coming back. also, the staff is always wonderful. they have wonderful options for insurance and for no insurance (me). i’m picky w/ my frames but i found a great pair for a good price and the staff also provides great input and suggestions. great place overall!! i have been going since i was in middle school (a college student now) and dr. heaven has always been considerate and thoughtful. sometimes i miss my yearly check ups but when i finally stop by, he always checks on me and asks how my vision … More

10+ years of great experience! Dr. Heaven is very knowledgeable, patient, and answers all my questions. They have a great selection of trendy glasses and contacts at fair prices. They take many insurance plans and I always refer my friends to him for all vision needs.

I have be seeing Dr. Heaven for a year now. He is very professional and explained things to me very thoroughly. His staff is very nice and was able to help me pick out eyeglasses that I am very pleased with.

I found this place after visiting another optical place (Walmart) THREE times for receiving the incorrect prescription for contacts. Dr. Heaven was patient, understanding, professional, and kind. He took his time to re-exam me from scratch and allowed me to use various trials until my eye site was perfect. I truly appreciated his service and patience with me. I didn’t feel like just another client. The location is small and hard to miss. Parking is tight, I had to park in the back once the front was filled. But service is always quick and fairly professional at the front. The prices for a contact exam with astigmatism was MUCH cheaper than at other OFFICES that I called around to. I was about 30 minutes early to my noon appt thinking that I would need to fill out new patient paperwork but it wasn't as much paperwork as I assumed there would be. The office isn't large but it's quaint. They do wipe down the instruments and chair after each guest, which is always something that should be done. Dr. Heaven was friendly and easy to communicate with. The exam was quick but thorough. He made sure I understood everything he was saying and asked if I had any questions. The ladies in the front were helpful as well, making sure I understood everything about my insurance and my options. I can't wait until I get my new glasses. Great place nice people and a great eye doctor too

Dr. Heaven and his staff are the best. Hands down. I have been a patient of Dr. Heaven for years now for my optometry needs. I have been moving around Georgia past couple of years and now live in North Sandy Springs but I still put an effort to drive to his office for my annual exam, contact lenses/eye glasses, and other eye care needs. He is the best and truly cares about his patients and his work. I feel comfortable asking any eye related questions and never feel like I am rushed. The staff always works with my insurance to find the best deal for me so that my out-of-pocket expense is as low as possible. Great customer service and quality professional service, no doubt! Well for starters lets just start with if youre an eye doctor you should know that axis goes on eyeglass prescriptions. Now lets get to customer service it would be nice if the doctor and his staff were simply respectful and kept their damn hands to themselves. Now let me show you my "Prescription". Walked in looking for glasses for my son and myself walked out with an unexplained scratch on my sons face, never again and dont recommend it either. Cost me $233.95 if thats what you want to pay for a total of two choices of frames (they literally gave me a choice and it was only two real choices to choose from in the price bracket) and an exam then go there. My sons glasses were covered by insurance, limited choices but that you can understand. If youd like to leave ready to fight the doctor Id recommend going here. I wont step foot in here again because the next time they try me NUMBER ONE Ill be watching more closely number TWO thatll be exactly what will happen. Would give a negative star if possible. This place ripped me off. No ethics. Rude service. On January 9, 2019 I broke my frames working on a film set. I saw this eye care storefront right around the corner from the set and I went in to see if maybe they had frames to fit my lenses. They didn't but found a set that "wasn't perfect" but would hold my lenses so I could see and get me back on set. The girl that helped me was super nice, but the girl who rang me up was not. Strangely, she said she could not give me a receipt "Because I'm not putting you in the system." Not sure why. Then she charged my debit card $99 for the frames. No sales tax. Strange again. I left happy to see, but within moments a lens popped out in my lap as I drove. I immediately turned around and went back. I told the girl that the lenses would not stay in the frames so they were not "not perfect" but unacceptable. The girl who rang me up refused to refund my money claiming there were no refunds. I insisted that I was not going to buy a pair of useless frames but she refused to refund my card. I left the frames on the counter and left thinking I would get my bank to reverse the charge (they wouldn't - debit cards don't share the same security credit cards do). What reason would she have not to refund my money for a pair of frames she would put right back on the shelf? NO REASON EXCEPT TO RIP ME OFF. I'll also point out as I walked into the store she was telling the fellow ahead of me that he also "would not get a receipt because I am not going to put you into the system". I figure she was selling frames and pocketing the money. I emailed the owner Dr. Heaven wanting to let him know about my experience and I never heard back. Worst place ever!!! Staff is very rude. Called to get my sons records transferred and was told they will do it on there time. Very noticeable that they do not care about there patients at all. They don’t even deserve any stars!!!

Very very unhappy with the way Dr. Heaven and his employee treated me even though I have been with this doctor for a long long time, too long maybe. I guess it is a perfect reason to switch and go to a better place and especially a better service.

I have been coming to Heaven Eye Care for about 5 years now and I will keep coming back. Their customer service is great and the ladies always get back to me when they are unable to answer questions on busy days. I get recurrent and stubborn styes and scheduling appointments to get seen is easy. Dr. Heaven has treated them with success and always listens to my concerns. When I got a painful chalazion, he referred me out to get it removed since I was allergic to the antibiotic. I appreciate him and the staff and highly recommend coming here. The customer service by the staff and professionalism of Dr.Heaven made my first visit a great experience!

I've gone to Dr. Heaven a couple of times now, and can honestly say that they're my preferred optometrist's office. Despite not being perfect, everyone, up to and including the doctor, are clearly doing their best at servicing their community. I love that they have fully-bilingual staff, that the doctor is attentive and encourages you to ask questions, and that they do their hardest to work with your insurance to make sure you're not paying more than you can afford. Don't let my list of cons deter you - they're exactly what you want out of a healthcare office. Pros: • The doctor himself: Dr. Heaven is a consummate professional. He makes you feel welcome and involved in your own eye health, and encourages questions several times throughout the exam. He is efficient without rushing, and polite while not being standoffish. The exam was almost fun, in a way. • The staff: The two women assisting the doctor the morning of my appointment were clearly there to work hard. Between checking in patients, answering phones, assisting frames shoppers, and performing pre-exam tests, they were kept busy! They handled it all with smiles and efficiency. Cons: • They prioritize "regulars" over other customers - My appointment got bumped back one slot to accommodate a woman the staff recognized, without consulting me. The inconvenience was only 10 minutes, but it was done without considering my personal schedule, and there was no attempt to be professional and handle it quietly. There was no polite way to bring this up. • Multitasking - Since it's a small office, everyone is doing more than one thing at once. As long as you're understanding that an assistant might have to interrupt their conversation with you to answer the phone, it should be fine. I'm legally blind, and had broken (& lost) my glasses. I'm disabled, so my income is low, but this place worked out just fine. The Optometrist is a really nice guy, takes time to listen to you & shows concern about you. I only had to wait about 8 minutes before my name was called. Large selection of glasses, and you can get contacts the same day while your glasses are being made. Very helpful for someone like me who can only see 3 inches away without glasses, as I'd have to wait a week nearly blind if they didn't give you enough contacts to last until your glasses are ready. I use a wheelchair, but I'm not fully immobile, so it didn't affect me when I noticed there wasn't a ramp (well, I was only able to see out of 1 eye with a blurry old contact, so I may have just not noticed it, but I think if there were 1, my parents who take care of me due to my health would've seen it). Right across from the place is a Zaxby's if you want to eat after your appointment. As I've had eye issues since age 3, I can say that out of the many eyecare places I've been, this is the best for many reasons such as the kind staff, nice waiting room, good parking lot, location, and more. From the times I visit this doctor the glasses were never made at the right prescription. The leidies and the doctor are always in very bad mood.

I went to this store just because it had 5 star ratings. Don't fall for that. It was made by 8 people. Please, go some where else. The staffs were very unfriendly. My glasses became 3 days late, no one said nothing. Limited selection of frames. My glasses were so out of focus, couldn't wear them. What a waste. Horrible....

There are places on the globe right now where there are no eye doctors. With the wealth of so many to choose from, I searched for a private practice. I wanted an optometrist who would pay attention to my eyes. I am not a machine, I am a human. I chose Heaven. Dr. Heaven's staff, Victoria, Evelyn, and Edrisa, were professional and bright. Dr. Heaven examined my eyes and answered my questions with detail and patience, even giving me a California referral for the eyes of someone I love. Wow, humans!!! I took some time choosing frames, and Victoria was patient and was not shy to give me her honest opinion when I asked for it. When I picked up my glasses, Edrisa and Evelyn were happy to see me. He's very knowledgeable, caring, and personable. Wait times are very good. I've been wearing eyeglasses for thirty years and he is hands down the BEST optometrist I've been to. Highly recommend. Dr.Heaven is an awesome guy! Went in today (first scheduled appointment) to have my eye exam/order my glasses. It was extremely fast and easy! Highly recommended!!

I would give them 10 Stars for service and great costumer service , I show up with no app because i had a eye infections , That day i could see they were very busy and i didn't have to wait more 40 minutes , Love the staff and Dr Heaven .
