I came to OSMC because of an ankle /foot injury. Dr. Hix was very polite and ordered three x-rays to confirm that my foot was not broken. I had some issues after they ordered me a boot. I contacted the office on Monday, and they said the nurse would call me- I called them back and waited 42 minutes for a human as I was the 7th person in the cue. I was told that someone would call me. No one did. I called back Tuesday afternoon and they had nothing to tell me -I spoke with the Clinic Mgr and explained my issues. I can't blame the doctor for the poor communication. I won't return to OSMC- poor communication is a red flag for me.

Dr Hix at OSMC and his nurse Faith, are what a Doctor and Nuse should be! Professional, kind , patient, and caring. I am seeing Dr Hix again for my hip, and saw him prior for my shoulder. I highly recommend him, and his team.

My daughter is currently a patient of Dr. Hix. He is ver professional, knowledgable, and takes the time to answer all of my questions. I would recommend this doctor to anyone who has a sports related injury.

Great bedside manor- very empathic. I would highly recommend Dr Hix and the OSMC.
