Overall a great experience. He was personable and responsive. My daughter was having stomach issues. He listened to all her problems, asked some questions, and proceeded to explain the possible issues that may be causing my daughters problems. Dr. Mamoon Raza and the staff at Riverpointe Surgery Center are very professional, respectful and helpful. This was my 2nd procedure with Dr. Raza at Riverpoint, and both experiences were very positive and I would highly recommend Dr. Raza and his staff.

He was rude, standoffish, I felt I was an imposition, he even gave me a dirty look when he came into the room. I had never met him before!!!

Doctor I have seen have been great.

I was well taken care of. I was treated respectfully and with great care. All my questions were answered.

Doctor and team explained things thoroughly. They also answered my questions with kindness and patience.

Dr. Raza was nice and helpful, as always. Couldn’t have asked for the staff to be any better. I would highly recommend him.

Everyone from the check in person the nurses the iv teches the Doctor absolutely everyone was kind. Knowledgeable & had a sense of humor to keep you from being nervous. They knew what to do to keep me calm. Would recommend them highly.

Dr. Raza is very friendly, explains everything and is great with the staff, which I feel says a lot......he isn’t the least bit egotistical. I felt safe in his hands. The staff is wonderful, as well. They are friendly, kind, capable and explain everything without being in a rush.

Dr Mamoon Raza and his staff as well as Elkhart Clinic and Riverpointe Surgery Center are amazing. This was my 1st visit/procedure there and everyone was polite and respectful to me. Dr Raza will be recommended to family/friends because of his knowledge and kindness shown.

All went well. Everyone was professional. I was surprised that my EKG that I had done the week before was not sent to the hospital. It was not found so had to have it done again before my procedure. It didn't bother me , but it is a test that will be billed to Medicare twice.

Dr Raza was great!!! The colonoscopy went smooth. The staff was so helpful and pleasant. Wish I could say the same for the prep the night before. The Doctor made it all worth it.

I could not be more impressed with Dr. Raza. His knowledge, diagnosis, and bedside manor was "spot on". I asked a lot of questions and he took more than the normal amount of time to answer every one of them and even follow up personally to make sure I was comfortable with the answers he gave me. Several other physicians shared with me that Dr. Raza has an incredible skill set that our area has the benefit of. Yesterday I got to experience that for myself. Dr. Raza did an excellent job of following up on previous diagnosed medical issue. The appointment was timely, and efficient. Dr. Raza explained the problem and gave ideas about how to prevent an additional gastric problem.

Some of the nastiest staff. Especially Cindy at the front desk. They are rude and talk to you like you are the scum beneath their feet. I'm sorry but personality means alot in this line of business. After this procedure, I am definitely finding a new GI specialist.

He is not competent at his job. Before you see him go to a competent doctor that spends time with you. He told me my Nissan wrap was lose after having surgery 6 months prior actually the Nissan wrap was partially in my lung. Good luck if you use him. Seek other doctors!
