Dr. Norcross replaced both my hips. He is an excellent surgeon and is highly esteemed by his patients and his staff.

Dr Norcross performed a total right hip replacement on me I the spring of 2000. I could not have asked for a more favorable result than what I experienced. His attention to detail and patient satisfaction was so rewarding to me, I could not have asked for more professional surgeon. I understand Dr. Norcross is moving to Hilton Head SC and I have advised him that I as a Patient will contact him personally for any future surgical needs, I believe in his surgical skills so strongly, and would recommend him to any patient.

Just from talking with him, l would say he is a very knowledgeable and friendly professional. He is moving to a new practice about 5 hrs from Hickory and when it becomes time to do my surgery, I will drive down to his new office to have it preformed. Trust is everything.

Dr. Norcross is an awesome doctor. I have seen him for years regarding my knees. He always explained things where I could understand. He was also professional, yet friendly and helpful. I will definitely miss him. Best Wishes!

reviews just now I first saw Dr. Jason Norcross in June of 2020 in regard to scheduling knee replacement surgery. I had been in constant pain due to bone on bone arthritic left and right knees. The pain in my left was much more excruciating so once hospitals and surgery centers were reopened due to the COVID-19 lockdowns I sought out Dr. Norcross. Dr. Norcross is professional, compassionate and takes time to listen and explain in great detail. He is Board Certified and Fellowship trained in hip and knee replacement. His skill exceeds all others in Western North Carolina with robotic NAVIO guided replacement. I had my left knee replaced with a 30 year knee implant on July 6. On July 7 I was on my bike/ trainer making full rotations. I just had my left knee replaced yesterday and so far couldn’t be more pleased. Having my left knee replaced gave me my life back. I have to say Dr. Norcross is the Best! He will be moving his practice in Nov. to Hilton Head SC believe me worth the trip.

Dr. Norcoss makes you feel comfortable. He is friendly and answers your questions. I liked him very much.

Very good explanation of surgery and follow up

Saw Dr. Norcross today. Knee pain for about 3 months. He injected my left knee with cortisone and i barely felt it. He numbed my knee with cold spray prior to the injection. I dreaded this as I had heard stories of it being extremely painful. Wasn't bad at all. Dr. Norcross was definitely worth the wait.

Dr Norcross did knee replacement surgery on both of my knees. He's awesome. He's caring and compassionate. He takes time to explain things to you and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend him! He genuinely cares about his patients...

I had a total knee replacement and I would recommend Dr. Jason Norcross to anyone. I had few problems with scar tissue and swelling but with time and lots of physical therapy I am doing well.

I had an initial consultation for complex hip replacement with Dr. Norcross. I liked everything about him, his staff and the office. I will be getting the surgery ASAP.

Hip pain for 9 months. Dr Norcross determined I had a bone spur and arthritis. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Now taking steps to manage and hopefully eliminate the pain altogether. Very satisfied.

Did not have to wait long.Dr.Norcross is the best you can ask all the questions and he will answer.Trust him 100 percent.

On November 6, 2019 I had a total right knee replacement by Dr. Norcross as an outpatient. Knee surgery and recovery can be painful and difficult. I had a left knee replacement in 2006 and the technology and process is much improved. My pain level was lower and the recovery period far shorter. By week five I was able to move from a stationary bike to riding a regular bike in our neighborhood. I am a practicing pharmacist and speaking with patients at the pharmacy who had used Dr. Norcross helped me decide he was a very good choice. Also he has a very excellent support staff of PA, nurses and the physical therapy folks.

First visit. I found Dr. Norcross to be very knowledgeable, pleasant and concerned about my well being. He took the time to appropriately answer my questions while also being very efficient.

Dr. Norcross is an exceptional doctor. He is highly trained and intelligent. I definitely recommend this compassionate and competent doctor!

Dr. Norcross is truly exceptional. Not only is he meticulous during surgery (this I heard from virtually every person I met who was associated with the procedure and from other medical practitioners as well), but he is also personable and seems to really enjoy what he does. He is an excellent listener and a down-to-earth speaker. I really liked him. I liked his staff, and I am truly grateful that, because of this surgery (total hip replacement) the quality of my life has improved. It’s hard to wrap words around that.

Dr. Norcross addresses all your concerns. As a nurse, I'm aware that he is a very competent surgeon and feel safe in his care.

First visit. Was pleased with his knowledge of my medical problem and what he recommended. Very efficient.

Doctors and staff are friendly and professional. I seldom have to wait more than a few minutes.

I really like Dr. Norcross - highly recommended. My only negatives are: 1) It takes so long to get an appointment, sometimes 4-5 weeks. This is very disappointing considering I am an existing patient. 2) The schedule appointments never begin on time, not even close. During my last appointment, I finally saw the doctor nearly 1.5 hours after the scheduled time.

He’s always been very kind listens to you and explain things so you can understand what he says. He’s been my Doctor for the past ten years or he helped do my knee replacement both times and took me on as patient after Dr Winfield retirement. Dr Nocross made me feel very comfortable and he listened to my issues and provided me with a lot of information. He didn't rush me through the visit. He is definitely a people person. Dr Norcross performed surgery on our son's broke arm. One of the nicest doctor's we have ever met! Explained everything and took his time answering every question so we never felt rushed. Dont waste your time if you are looking for a doctor who cares. Dr Norcross does not want to be bothered with general problems. He only wants to do surgery where he can make the big bucks.

I have never been treated so horribly. I do not consider Dr. Norcross a doctor. A doctor is someone that has compassion and is willing to help when you are in pain. He refused to see me after he administered cortisone injections and I started having severe pain. I will never go to this doctor again no matter how much pain I am in......NEVER
