I unexpectedly lost part of my back molar which had a large filling. Dr. Thompson was very thorough examining the tooth with an ex-ray and sensitivity test. He filed down the rough edges of the filling, and explained the findings from the ex-ray. I made future appointments for a crown. I recommend highly Dr. Thompson. He has been my dentist for for MANY years.

The care we receive at Dr. Thompson's office is beyond superior. Our family has been going to Dr. Thompson and his staff for many years and I have recommended his office to family and friends. HIs staff is extremely organized, professional and caring. The care we have received here is like no other. Katie was amazingly patient with my small children and provided them with thorough care as well as dental hygiene education that they listen to and follow through with at home. The office staff have worked extraordinarily hard to accommodate appointments for us. Today I had my first visit to Thompson Dental, and from the moment I walked in, the reception was top notch! I had Melinda as my hygienist, and she was incredibly caring and detailed in her work to learn about my dental history and to also map out a plan for my dental care at Thompson Dental. I left my last dentist after my longtime hygienist relocated, and I was in search of a new hygienist that I would like as much as the last. Little did I know that I would be so lucky to get scheduled with Melinda! Dr. Thompson was great, but the reason I’ll be coming back and I’m excited about this new dentist is Melinda! My son normally hates the dentist. Not so for Thompson Dental! All the staff were friendly and patient. They made my son feel comfortable and explained everything to my satisfaction. I did not feel like they were up selling “extras” just to try and make a buck. On our way home, my son told me that the dental hygienist was “really fun.” We’ll be back for sure.

Today’s appointment was on time and Melinda was awesome. She was professional and positive. She was also very honest with me about what I had to do to take care of my teeth between visits. This visit was a comprehensive exam of my teeth. After Ashley got my medical history, X Rays, including a panoramic picture of my teeth, Dr. Thomson examined my teeth and gums. Then gave me results of the exam, plus what needed to be done. Including how I care for my teeth, and eating habits to increase longevity of my teeth. I agreed with all the solutions. Ashley then set up all my appointments for work to be done. Everyone in this office is very nice, professional, and friendly.

I had a filling replaced in a back molar. Dr. T. and the Team (as usual) were friendly, efficient, and effective in getting the job done. Suggestion: Offer the jaw opening wedge for procedures. I forgot to ask. It allows the jaw to stay open longer with less tension. Great work Team Thompson!!

Going to Thompson Dental is always a great experience for me. My hygienist, Melinda, is always very social and personable, which helps the time to fly by. I wanted to wait until I was sure the treatment was working. I have been using the chlorhexidine for 1 week and the bleeding and pain have disappeared. There is slight discomfort, but is has been getting better each day I continue the treatment. I plan on using the chlorhexidine periodically to ensure that the gums get healthier. Thank You

This time I had the prevledge of having the good Doctor working on me. I needed a couple of crowns put in. It’s always amazing to me how much you can learn about somebody when you are sitting in a chair and you cant talk, because your mouth is full fingers and tools. For example there was a bet between Dr. Thomson and his assistant who is very nice by the way. So i was sad to see that she lost the bet. The bet was about weather what they were watching was a series or movie. When they looked it up on Google they found out, it was indeed a movie! In his new found victory with his raised hands above his head he cheered with the realization he just won himself a lunch. There is a word of caution I would like to send out to any who my read this when visiting the good Doc. If you bring lunch and set it on the table in the lunch room please, please put your name on the container. If your wondering what I’m referring to on your next visit to the good Doc and you see him ask by what I mean about having to put I name on your bag or container. There is a funny story behind it. I went for my initial appointment today. Had the most comprehensive dental exam I've ever experienced. Staff went above and beyond helping with insurance confusion. I needed a crown on a back molar that had a crack. I was given the anesthetic, and made comfortable while it took effect. Each step of the procedure was explained. During the procedure, I was asked several times about my comfort. My molar was prepared for a temporary crown, and will return in two weeks for the permanent crown. Dr.Thompson was thorough, efficient, and pleasant, as was his assistant.

I arrived at 9:30 am and was in the dentist chair at 9:32 , Dr. Thompson gave me two options fix it now or wait six months. I went with fix it now and thirty minutes later I was walking out of the office with a repaired tooth. Great Job Dan

First off, the most important people are the people at the front desk that come in contact with your clients...known as the public. I have known Connie longer than Haley so I can say for certain that Connie is a wonderful representative of Thompson Dental. Connie was the first person I talked to the first time I called your office. She is always happy, professional, patient with Old Codgers like me and never makes me feel that any question is dumb. Second, the times I have talked to Haley , she, also does a wonderful job representing your company. Thompson is very luck to have two wonderful front desk people. Also the dental assistants that I have had the pleasure to work with are so wonderful. Everyone that has taken care of me makes me feel secure and safe while working on me and there is never any fear on my part about going to the dentist at Dr. Thompson's Dental. They are always concerned if you are comfortable, they are smiling and patient. Of course, Dr. Thompson is pretty good also.!!!

From the moment I walk in the door at Dr. Thompson’s office, I always have a pleasant experience. The staff is professional, friendly and funny, Dr. Thompson included. I take my children to him as well. My daughter, who was born without enamel on her teeth, noted “We finally found a dentist I love!,” shortly after we started going. She was 6 at that time! My other children get upset when it’s not their turn to go when others have an appointment.
