Can't reach them to ask a question. Will have to drive there. *****UPDATE***** I simply can say I am very well satisfied with the quality of the service given to us. From the ladies up front to the back... Everyone is attentive, professional and most important they are friendly and nice. My mother is old and doesn't know English. Joe Hall, FNP took all the time to explain her situation and eased her worry. All of the staff is nice. Thank you. I really appreciate all you do. I hope my following visits will make me this happy. This is a great place to come the people are caring and the doctor take time to explain things to you. I would suggest you try them yourself and see

Spoke with one friendly receptionist twice while calling to make an appointment after waiting for a call back from the appropriate person at this office. After several days of waiting I finally received a rather rude voicemail that nothing was available for some time, from the other individual. Had an appointment today, drove 2 hours from our home, took off work, got care for our pets, only to find out the office was closed! No phone call nothing. This is inexcusable- I will find another doctor who cares about his patients.

Very experienced personnel, they have helped me a lot! I would recommend to everyone!

Don't know if the other two reviewers had the wrong office, but Dr. Wischmeyer and his team are perhaps the most wonderful providers I have ever been treated by!!! Dr. Wischmeyer is OUTSTANDING! He is superbly skilled, has a great sense of humor and is extraordinarily knowledgeable. I recommend him 1000%. He placed 2 stents in me and has gotten me feeling better than I have in 20 years!!! Quality has definitely gone down. In 2016 he put a stent in and wanted to see me 10 days out, 1 month out, 3 months out, 6 months out and a year. He was very concerned about my diet, my exercise, and my labs. He put in a stent in April and my first revisit was June 26. He wasn't even there. I saw his partner but no one bothered to tell me I wouldn't be seeing him. The second doctor simply walked in, said they worked together and started telling me what what I had just told the nurse. They couldn't care about the lab work I brought in and don't want to see me again until September 3. Their only real question was, "did you have to go back in the hospital because of this procedure?" It is like the patient said is a bother. The woman who makes appointment didn't even know that September 2nd was labor day. As she was looking into what one of them has open on the 3rd she told the other lady in the office that the appointments she had already made for the 2nd would have to be changed. I was so impressed with this man and his staff when he was at Grace. Since he moved out, patients are only there because they have to be. Quality has definitely gone down. Dr Wischmeyer saved my life when several other doctors overlooked a blockage on the back side of my heart.. He is very concerned of his patients and will find the problem.. even if it’s more than an heart issue..I would recommend him to anyone who isn’t receiving top care.

Terrible Doctor Nearly killed me with Flunkies coming around in 12 days in hospital...only thing worse than him is his female assistant...talk about not knowing a thing right!!! Every flunkie he sent around said to me something different, and he only came in one time in my whole 12 days there at UMC...and his female assistant sure nearly killed me demanding I take c-pap machine for sleep apnea, which I clearly never have had, and they left me on saline for 4 days, which nearly killed me with swelling, and finally released me with no help at all...then I went to a good heart Doctor here, Dr. Borno, and he had me fixed within 24 hours at Covenant, as one of two places he will go...Thank you Dr. Borno, and Shame Shame Shame Dr. Wischmeyer, and female killer, literally, assistant!!!! Dr Wischmeyer and his staff are amazing. He has taken excellent care of me for the last 8 years.
