Dr Isaac takes the time to hear you - really hear you - and gets to know you as a person as well as a patient. He is thorough - and makes sure that you are getting the care and diagnostics that you need.

I appreciate Dr. Isaac's patience with all of my holistic health preferences and taking the time to discuss pros and cons, especially in regards to keeping blood pressure in check and cholesterol within healthy guidelines. Dr. Isaac is an excellent educator and most importantly always present and attentive to my needs as a patient. Always so grateful!

Worst doctor I ever had. Not only did he never even ONCE try to advocate for me to have the surgery I'd needed since 2009 & didn't get until 2016, but he & his "stress therapist" harrassed me online AND by phone, text messages, video calls, etc. Zero professionalism in that office. Being a multimillionaire wasn't enough, he now charges $200/mo just to walk through his door. He had an affair with his PA Beth Shanks, which explains why they're BOTH greedy narcissists, but Beth is better at faking empathy than Isaac. Dr Jay isaac is outstanding. He is intuitive and very helpful. I have always received quick response and he has taught me a lot about how to deal with heart disease and stress. I have never asked a medical question about scans and or meds that wasn't answered thoroughly . I have received outstanding referrals for specialist treatment and surgery. Every patient on the North Shore should be under the care of a Physician like Dr. Jay Isaac. He is truly the gold standard of primary care physicians. I have been under his care since I was 16 years old and I refuse to see another doctor until the day he retires. He is a smart and caring physician who really takes the time to listen to you and every problem or concern from small to large. He has a wonderful and easy to talk to personality and is truly passionate about caring for his patients. I’ve had severe medical issues from birth and have had 10+ surgeries since for a multitude of issues and Dr. Isaac has guided me every step of the way. I’ve never felt more cared for than when I see Dr. Isaac and his PA Beth Shanks, who’s opinion I value just as much as Dr. Isaac’s. They truly are the best pair that you’d want to see for your healthcare and I wouldn’t be where I am without them. The question of ‘am I on the right path’ will never enter your mind under their care. Just the best.

Absolutely awful practice. They let me die slowly for over a decade while insisting they were doing everything they could. Thankfully I met a surgeon by accident who WANTED to help me or I wouldn't be here to write this. Steer clear of this office of malignant narcissists!

I was a patient...UNTIL Dr. Isaac went to "MDVIP" which translates into "Pay $1800 per year (in addition to any deductibles/copay) to be a patient here" Seems unethical to me.

Dr Isaac's MDVIP practice is the best thing to happen to enhance Medicare short comings !

Dr Isaac is a wonderful listener and great at explaining things. It’s so nice to have a doctor you can text when you are not sure about something. Really glad he is my doctor.

Consistently left hanging with forgetting to schedule follow up tests,then when I do get the test,they don't call me back to discuss the results/problems !!! This is my heart,not a sprained ankle !!!

When others gave up or literally said it's not possible what your telling me,not once did Dr Isaac dismiss my complaints multiple crazy symtoms or give up on me . His team and Beth kept on searching for reasons answers tests Drs anything to help me or validate what I was complaing about to be true . My illness is one that only shows sometimes but is there 24\7. I have A Chiari maliformation ,had brain decompression spinal fusion c-1c-2,c3 .I also have Dystnautonomia P.O.T.S and ANS Deficiency with sympathetic over drives ,Raynards vitamin deficiency s so many many more to add to this list .way out there symtems conditions. I'm sure your about ready to quit reading this and that's my point . With me not listing seriously the 75 or more others Dr Issac has not stopped reading writting listening and carring for me ,getting just what I need. Dr Isaac and every person treats me so nice no judgement no comment s like she is here again for second time in a day or eighth time in a week .I feel cared for understood never rushed .like a part of a practice not a person in an office. I could go on ,however I am beyond pleased with this practice this team this staff that truly goes above and beyond. I've been a patient since the start my children whom are grown and see everyone at Blackburn Primary Care..I winter in Carolina and fly to see this incredible team that has truly changed my life treated me like a real person . I have been a patient of Dr. Isaac for almost 20 years.He is an excellent primary care physician. He has a warm, engaging bedside manner, and spends as much time as needed to address my health concerns. Dr.Isaac is also an excellent diagnostician, he has been able to figure out my complex medical problems and prescribe the right meds and activities to address the problems. He thoroughly explains my medical issues and how different treatments will help. He also suggests wellness approaches that would help such as diet/weight loss and exercise . The few times I have needed to contact him after hours, he has responded quickly. I highly recommend Dr.Isaac as a physician and a PCP. He takes the tine to make sure you understand what's wrong with you its causes and the treatment he will give you.Even after that he will take any questions you have and answer them. .you walk out the door knowing just what is wrong .if it is out of his abilities to treat he sets you up with the best Dr's to help you and follows up on your treatment. He is kind , ,caring and not a stop watch Dr .he may run late sometimes ,however if you want the best go see Dr Isaac ,and his amazing staff
