Jay Frederick Sullivan

Dr. Sullivan isn’t just a doctor, this man is a hero. He dedicates his life to the health and care of the residents of Pulaski. I’ve moved away and drive an hour to visit him because he cares. His daughter, Meghan is a wonderful RN! Pulaski is truly lucky to have Dr. Sullivan around!

Julie or Julia- the doctors wife is by far the rudest lady I have ever spoken too. I would NEVER refer a patient to this practice just by the means of their customer service, it speaks volume. She does not take a patients time or health into consideration if it by any means makes her do her job.
