If I could leave 0 stars I would. The front desk lady is VERY unprofessional and this team does not respect their patients or their patients privacy. Since when is it okay to discuss a patients records where the whole waiting room can hear the medications the patient is on? Completely unprofessional and violates patient privacy and confidentiality. Pending Investigation.

Paitent for over a decade.. No better care anywhere. Dr. Jay and all the N.P.'s in his practice are great! Oh, and btw the Nurses are Fantastic!!!!!

The receptionist was friendly, the nurse was wonderful, and Dr.Jay is a wonderful, kind, concerned, Doctor that has always taken great care of me.

Answered all of my questions and willing offered help on a specific health issue I have. Excellent follow through and did take the time necessary.

Dr. Jay and his staff take time to address all of your needs and concerns. Never feel like just another patient. They really care.

Dr Jay Trussler is a very experienced doctor. My husband is a cancer patient and Dr Trussler is always on top of the game with treatments and medicine! He is great handling diabetes,blood pressure problems ! I can’t say enough about his expertise!! I recommend his care to anyone who needs a good doctor. He is very through. Couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable, friendly and professional group of medical personnel. Caring and thorough. Been our family physician for several years.

Best doctor I know!!! Goes out of his way to make sure you know what’s wrong and follows up on your regularly. He is the Best!!! I give him and his staff a 10!

Dr Trussler is very friendly and informative. My overall health has greatly improved and I appreciate the time he takes on my treatment plan.

Dr Jay always takes time. He is never in a hurry (although I know he has others waiting). He always addresses issues, answers questions, and offers solutions. His office assistants, nurses, & others on staff are always friendly, patient, & helpful.

Dr.Trussler is great he always takes the time to explain things and gets to know his patience .He always takes the time to talk with my daughter and jokes with her . His nurses are great as well very friendly. The lady he had working with him today was also great and super friendly

Dr. Jay and his staff are amazing. He cares about his patients and his nurses are always kind and compassionate. His office staff always goes above and beyond to help everyone. I am truly blessed to have these amazing people to help me whenever they can.

Our family has been going to this clinic since we moved Tennessee, 2006. Just called to get my sick child an appointment. They won't see him because he isn't a frequent flyer to the doctor. They dropped my whole family other than myself due to not going to the doctor as frequent as they would like. If I could give negative stars I would. Awesome Doctors and nurses! Especially Dr.Jay.Dr.Dale and Ashley and Melissa!!!! Highly recommend for all your medical needs!

do not go to this clinic, 2 family members have had issues with them I wont be going back there either. After 1 family member fired them he got a letter stating they would not treat him anymore just because he wanted copies of his labs

Dr Jay and all of the nurses and other Drs that works with him are always polite and want to help you resolve your problems, as long as you do your part. If your looking for a Dr that wants to help you instead of just treating you like another number these people will help you. Definitely recommend anyone to go there to resolve medical problems. Dr. Jay is the absolute best. I am a disabled veteran and receive free care from the VA but I instead only feel safe if Dr. Jay evaluates me and my care needs. Simply put I trust him with my life.

Let me tell you! There used to be a time when your doctor cared your doctor squeezed you in if it was urgent! This place is no better than fast pace urgent care. They need to be investigated for over prescribing pain medications. Even though my mother has been hospitalized several times for overdosing they still give her addictive pain meds!!!
