I have been a patient of Dr Mehta's for 14yrs. Upon my diagnosis he has been honest, supportive, and caring. I thank God for him every day. He is truly an asset to Northwestern and someone I recommend to anyone with hematology/ oncology concerns.

Dr. Mehta is the most knowledgeable and kindest doctor. Because of him, I am feeling hope. I would recommend him and his staff to everyone. I wish him nothing but good things to happen in his life. I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. He is the best of the best.

He is a very friendly doctor! Explains everything very well! Very caring about his patients! Gave me hugs when the Nlenrep infusion treatment he recommended for me had worked so well! 7 infusions and cancer down to zero! I highly recommend him!!

Dr. Mehta is truly a healer. He’s a great doctor who’s very knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate. He takes the time to make a plan just for. I am so thankful that he’s the head of my care team. I would recommend him to all family and friends.

Dr. Mehta and his staff are wonderful!!! He has excellent bed side manner and is a brilliant physician. He is very knowledgeable, and I’m thrilled that he is my mother’s doctor. As a scientist, I feel like his methodology is sound and practical. Another individual rated him poorly for using a stem cell transplant, but in reality and in my scientific experience, this is the best way to treat multiple myeloma. Depending on your cytogenetic results, you will either do well with this treatment option or it may not work....that is dependent on the overall chromosomal makeup, health, and age of the patient. From the research I have done, he is one of the best doctors for treating multiple myeloma in the state of Illinois. Dr. Mehta and his staff are wonderful!!! When my daughter’s health suddenly began to decline, we were at a loss of where to go. We were referred to Dr. Mehta and he has been nothing but amazing in trying to find answers to our complex situation.

NOT EDUCATED IN THE US. YEARS OF PRACTICE DONT ADD UP UNLESS HE WAS GOING TO MEDICAL SCHOOL WHEN HE WAS 13 YEARS OLD. THINKS STEM CELL TRANSPLANT TO BE THE END ALL BE ALL CURE... YET WHEN HIS EXPERIMENT ISNT GOING HIS WAY KICKS THE PATIENT TO THE CURB WITH HOSPICE....VERY DANGERIOUS GUY.

Dr Mehta and his bone marrow transplant term cured my husband. It's now been 10 years and he is still Leukemia and Lymphoma free...thank you

Dr.Mehta is very professional and I trust him with my life - literally . He is the best Doctor that I could have ever hoped for to treat my illness. He has saved my life and I will be forever grateful to him and his staff .

Fabulous! He has explained everything so I was always well informed. He's brilliant! He is also a great emotional support system. I look forward to seeing him.
