Shockingly disgraceful

Very Unprofessional.. Does not care about her patients.. Will not return your phone calls.. Finally got in touch wit her 3 weeks later.. Just for her to belittle me and call me a failure and that "we would just drop you".. I have psychiatric issues.. I was referred to her.. And she keeps talking about an appointment I had 3 years ago.. Don't go here.. She is all about the money and not helping people... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Former bipolar patient

Horrible. Dog smell through the office. Responds mockingly when you don't agree with her. Says you didn't cancel appointment(s) on time and tries to charge you for them. Condescending. Stay away. Would have done 0 stars if it had let me.

I called Dr. Boyd off a referral from another doctor. I actually called twice because BPAA's phone number was listed under another doctor. I explained my situation to her and she did everything in her power to convince us to go elsewhere. I explained why I wanted a private psychiatrist and why we didn't have a referral. All she did was argue and talk herself out of a new patient. She criticized other doctors and the suggested we go to the ER. After reading the reviews, I am glad we did not go.

Sadistic

If I could give zero Stars, I would. This woman is a joke. I spent hours listening to her about her dogs. The entire office smells like canine urine. To make matters worse, they proceeded to send me a bill for a supposedly appointment over a year-and-a-half later. Run away, not towards this woman.

Waiting room is small and cramped - only 2 chairs (for 2 practitioners) Opinionated - does not listen well - sticks to own opinion even when basis potentially invalid Has her dog in waiting and consulting rooms Refused to accept the list of current medications I had brought with me - Insisted I bring the actual Rx bottles. Refused to schedule tentative appointment - to be confirmed by phone once she had received medical information she had requested. Overall very difficult to work with.
