Referred here by primary for checkup. After being put on hold for 5 min, I was asked many questions just to be told they won’t see my mother in law since she is here from another country (been here more than a year and likely for another). It’s as if they were fishing for a reason to say no. Strange……Thanks for wasting my time. Now I have to call to find another doc through her insurance. Thank you for the headache.

I don’t know where the bad reviews are coming from. Well I believe most patients experience depends on their own attitude towards doc or staff. I had a very GREAT experience with Dr Huynh. We would talk about family, laugh and it was great up until I had my baby. I love how she called me ‘my dear.’ She’s very sweet and I would recommend her!

Dr. Huynh was amazing! I do not know where to start with my amazing experience with this office. I’ll start with the lady at the front desk / nurse, she was very friendly and kind throughout the whole check in and rooming process. This was my first time ever doing my well woman exam / pap, so she took her time explaining the preparation process, getting my vitals, etc. Dr. Huynh was the same! She went through everything and explained everything to me perfectly- for this being my first appointment for my well woman I almost did not have to ask any questions as she addressed everything perfectly. My results were posted to my portal in a timely manner a few days after my appointment with notes attached to them explaining them. I was very nervous prior to this appointment and I had to make a far drive from Brookshire, but I left with no regrets. This staff and doctor are great and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit, I look forward to returning for any needed follow ups and exams. I highly recommend her for anyone

Great experience with her

Bad experience but they are the only one has faster appointment than other places. However, she gets mad when i ask whatever questions and make u visit more for nothing like telling u results but no solution n ask to come to "check again." Why???? Doctor is expensive why do that?

She gets mad whenever you ask questions and tell you to go research yourself. She makes you visits multiple time with no reason! That visit is 5 mins and can be an email or just phone!!! She just wanna makes money on you

Listen to the reveiws and do not come here. I waited more than 2 hours and was not helped ended up wasting time out of my day. The lady at the front desk was sweet though.

Worst OB's office ever!

Worst experience ever .. they asked me to come in early since I was a new patient I waited almost 2 hours and they never called me never experience this ridiculous time wait .. other patients came in later than me and they were seen before me .. now I’m convince all the bad reviews are true don’t waist ur time ..

This doctor is very aggressive, rude and disrespectful . I have never seen a horrible doctor like her before. She got angry with me at the first I talked to her when i was asking her some questions. Say goodbye to her and never come back

Worst OB’s office ever. I’ve already had my yearly woman’s check up back in January and they told me they sent a year of refills for BC to my pharmacy which was fine. However, my current BC wasn’t working out for me and when I called to tell them the BC I wanted to change to, they first tell me that I have to send the request to the pharmacy, not through them. Which I’ve never heard of. Every other doctor I’ve had in the past, was immediately cooperative about my change in birth control. Well the pharmacy told me I have to do it through the OB’s office. So then I called here again, and Kim (the assistant) was giving me attitude and told me she’ll get to it when she can . Hours later, I called to confirm if it was sent in, and nobody could confirm for me except give me attitude how it’s been busy. So I guess I can’t get my prescription of birth control because they want to act like rude hard headed people and that’s fine. I’ll go to an ob’s office that will do their job. The office officials are bad and don't talk well with the good patient and caller. I never recommend it

this doctor was really horrible to me, she was so rude i remember there was lady nurse which she fired her because she let me in maybe am new patient. the doctor didnt want me in her clinic and couldnt find another doctor. when i ask her question she get angry, i dont recommend her she is not a doctor

Showed up for appt. Older Asian receptionist says Dr Huynh hasn't been heard from for the last 3 hours. Proper courtesy would be to contact us 3 hours earlier about Dr not being on site. She then says you can wait like others in waiting room, but it will be at least a cpl hours. Dr. Huynh is the most thorough doctor. She means what she says and has a true interest in your well being, as well as babies well being if you are pregnant. I have been her patient for 12 years and I would NEVER go anywhere else. I see there are some 1 star reviews on here which kind of surprised me, but not really because people can’t handle a straight forward person. Dr. Huynh is straight forward, however, has a big heart. Personally, I love things being done the right way. There is no half stepping on her part or yours when you are her patient. If you don’t like it, you are more than welcome to find a doctor who will sugar coat for you. Love you Huynh!

My mom has gone to her for years but I had to persuade her to go elsewhere because her front desk workers are so rude. My mom's english is weak so she rely on this Dr for easy communication but definitely not worth sticking around when you deal with unprofessional office manner. The one I dealt with is KIM. They need training all over again.

Doctor Jeanie Huynh was the best GYN one could ever have. Her staffs Alison and Kim were amazing too. I loved every visit I had with them all. Dr Huynh is very knowledgeable, smart and funny too because we laughed a lot together. She did my baby’s circumcision and it was neat and it healed well.

It has been 14 years since I became Dr. Huynh's patient. She delivered my three beautiful children and I cannot thank her enough. I had complications with each pregnancy. However, under her thorough follow-up and expertise, they arrived safely. She is very friendly and caring. She listens to your concerns. You and your baby are her top priority and she will do everything above and beyond. I absolutely love her. The front office is very nice. Allison is absolutely a charm. I have referred her to several of my relatives as well as coworkers.

Dr Huynh is AMAZING. She is respectful and always patiently listens to your concerns. With years of experience, Dr. Huynh will provide the best treatment and make the best decision for your well-being. She thoroughly followed up and safely delivered my three sons. Going through complications in each pregnancy was not easy, but Dr. Huynh was very caring and genuine. I trusted her in every decision she made because I knew she wanted me to have a safe delivery. I absolutely love her and her staff.

I was Dr.Jeanie's patient in 2017/18.She is amazing and so caring. front desk staffs are excellent especially Allison. I can't forget the wonderful treatment I got from them when a had postpartum high blood pressure.

Dr. Huynh has been my OB GYN for 11 years. She gave birth to two of my three children and has also performed a few minor procedures. I only wish that she would be affiliated with other hospitals and not just West Houston Medical Center. If you are looking for a physician who is caring, detailed, has the best bed side manner, listens to your concerns, has a respectable staff, and is genuine about every aspect of the patients care; then look no further. She is a true "dear" I have recommend other friends and family members who have grown to love her just as much as I do!

Dr. Huynh is such a great doctor! She delivered my oldest son and my twin boys. She was always truthful and straight to the point. I appreciate that. She is just amazing! :)

I started being her patient when I was on my 32nd week of pregnancy and she accepted me without any problem. I had breech baby and velamentous cord insertion so I was advised to have a c-section. I am currently 6 weeks postpartum and had my last visit with Dr. Huynh last Wednesday and all I can say is I love her and will be coming back next year for my yearly checkups and future pregnancy. She was very informative, she kept it nice and simple and straight to the point. No beating around the bush. I felt very comfortable and always felt welcomed. I had an excellent pregnancy and delivery! My husband and I are very pleased with her service and I am so glad we found her. The receptionists are great and very helpful. So disappointed at the front office staff. Had my appointment schedule for 1:30pm. When i got there about 5 minutes before my appointment i get told that the doctor got called for a delivery and had left about an hour before i got there. My question was, “why didn’t i get a call letting me know doctor was not there and it was my option to go in later or simply reschedule for another day?” I have a full time job and i take my lunch hour to go get my checkups done. I drove about 25 minutes just for the receptionist to tell me the doctor is not there and that the patient sitting on the couch decided to wait so when ever the doctor gets back she will see her first. But i never got an answer to my question of why didn’t i get a courtesy call that way i will not waste my time, gas, and tolls for no reason. Always nice love them

I adore this woman! I will say thank you to her over and over! She birth my two kids and I won't ask for a better doctor! Very professional and she reduces risks!

She has been my doctor since 2008! She has birthed two of my kids and now a third child(soon)!! She is so caring!!! I love her!! Lol.. but seriously she will go above and beyond for you to understand what may be going on and she will answer any questions you may have. The office staff is also a blessing! Dr. Huynh is the excellent OB-GYN Dr. It was my first preganancy and I literally changed three OB-GYN Dr. before Dr. Huynh and I was lucky that I went for her . She is very knowledgeable and competent. She is very straight - forward , she will tell you what you need to know . I had an induced labor and everything went perfect. I’m blessed that my labor was in the good hand , and I’m 100% sure I will go for Dr. Huynh again for my next baby.

Dr. Huynh is an excellent physician! She is very knowledgeable, thorough and caring about my total well being. I have had an ongoing issue that she has been on top of and provided me with excellent treatment and compassionate care. Dr. Huynh has been my doctor since the birth of my son (back in 2005). I can't say enough good things about the care and quality of her service. I never feel rushed or confused with her treatment. She genuinely cares about my health. The staff is friendly and always remembers me (which is nice in a city as large as Houston). I can't imagine having to find another doctor as I know this practice is irreplaceable!

This is my second pregnancy and I wish I could have had Dr. Huynh during my first pregnancy. My daughter is now going on five and I dont remember having all the complications that I am experiencing with this baby boy. She impressed me on my first doctor visit in February and I thought WOW she is like a superhero OB/GYN. She communicated and explained everything to me and didnt rush through my concerens like my last male OB/GYN. She tells me straight up what is going on and doesnt sugar coat.

This is soooo rude doctor i ever see .She have very bad experience ! She all way rushing,and yell on the patient,she don't like to explain and answers the question, I have c -section by her and she make a big mistake by tight my urine tube and i have been 3 difference time with 3 difference doctor for surgery to correct her mistake ! Demeaning dismissive, argumentative unprofessional.Kafkaesque.I mentioned I'd had urinary incontinence, she literally shouted ?YOU GO PEE-PEE ALL OVER YOURSELF!??I said that I?d recently inserted a finger(to check IUD) and it came back with discolored discharge. She literally berated me for inserting my own finger into my own vagina. Told me to wash vagina with turkey baster. Her nurse entered and exited the exam room several times, while I was naked, spread-eagle on the table, facing the door.

It's extremely unfortunate to read such comments about this provider considering as a patient I have never expected to wait less than 45 minutes to see any provider let alone an OBGYN. Dr Huynh is professional and very straight to the point. She is not rude nor condescending in anyway. Some need warm and fluffy yet others can take the truth with little to no chaser. Care is top notch and turn around time is quick for results. I appreciate Dr Huynh and her staff for their dedication.

I recently had a surgical procedure done by Dr Huynh. I am very pleased with the overall experience with Dr Huynh and her staff. Dr Huynh spent time explaining the procedure and expected outcome. She gave options with explanations. I trusted her judgment. During my time in the hospital after my procedure made regular routine checkups. Her bedside manner is excellent and my overall experience with her was awesome. I am very happy to report no problems or pain. I would recommend her to anytime!

Dr. Huynh is absolutely horrible. I do NOT recommend her to anyone for anything! She is not compassionate and she could care less if it is your first time experiencing something. I've never felt so disrespected or not cared about in my life. I am sparing her by not giving much detail, but my experience today was ridiculous. And I told her I will NEVER visit that place again. Dr Huynhs nurse called me and told me the results of my blood test and said my baby had down syndrome, I asked her if the baby had it for sure or if it was a higher risk she said no your baby has it for sure. I went to another doctor that told me it was a 1 in 161 risk. My baby was born without down syndrome. Im glad I went to another doctor, she just doesn't care about her patients.
