Professional, knowledgable, quick, kind.

My visit was very good, quick and efficient care thank you Dr. Cox for being such a great dentist.

Dr Cox is a great dentist but the front desk associate got my appointment messed up and charged me a $25 cancelation fee. They need to learn their appointment schedule system better. Want ever go back.

FYI they aren't in network with any insurances. This isn't made clear when you call.. they did credit me for the extra charge though which was nice. Loved the hygienist and dentist.

Need new Front desk Associate, had to wait two months for an appointment (which is understandable) but I get there, the receptionist does not say "Hi" or "hello" she only said "name"and then the receptionist tells me I don't have an appointment and I'm no where in the system. And on top of that does not even bother to ask if she could make me one since some kind of way I'm not in their system.
