Wonderful. Thorough and kind.

Although very polite on the phone, scheduling gave us an apt. the same day, Fri. late afternoon, we had to hurry before it closed. When we get there, we find out the doctor is not there, the apt. is really for the following Monday! The clinic still had 15 mins before closing, but they said there were no doctors available. We then took another apt for the next morning and saw a nice doctor, but what a runaround. Today I am calling to get results of lab work, but then find out the doctor is working only a half day etc... All these doctors offices are starting to look and feel the same. Jennifer Berger has been the only provider that has ever made me feel completely comfortable and at ease with all my health concerns as a female. There have been some difficult and complex health issues she has walked me through with respect and compassion. She is highly knowledgeable and it shows. My husband and I have been coming to Dr. Bakke for many years and he is great! He’s always very interested in treating us and always takes his time with us. Never rushes out the door like he’s in a hurry. We never go to anyone else there.

I love Dr. Bakke! I recently saw him for some shoulder and neck pain I've been experiencing. Instead just prescribing a pain medication and sending me off, he gave me a very valuable recommendation to seek out a myofascial release specialist. I did that day and now I feel amazing. I take both my small kids to see doctor bakke as well. He is warm, personable, and knowledgeable. He has a very calming presence to him and we adore him. I love Dr. Bakke! Dr. Bakke has been my primary doctor for several years now He’s very thorough and I appreciate that he doesn’t talk down to me and keeps things real. I would (and do) refer him to others.

Very bad doctor, He could not diagnostic me right so I got pneumonia!!!!

Dr. Blake is an outstanding M.D., he was recommended to me and I would do the same without hesitation. In this day and age of get you in and get you out he takes the time with you and covers all the bases. Good to know a doctor of his caliber still exists.

Dr. Bakke runs a little late at time but.. He transferred me to another North Clinic doctor last year for necessary surgery for me. He also found one of the best oncologist for my husband.

Dr. Bakke is an excellent doctor. Like most, doesn't keep a timely schedule and wouldn't take as much time as I'd like. However, always is very courteous, caring and genuine.

Overall, this is a good clinic. I have seen several of the doctors, but Dr. Bakke is my primary doc. I'm not sure what has changed over the past 2 years, but Dr Bakke is difficult to schedule an appointment with, and wait times have increased a lot. I arrived at 1:10 for a 1:20 appointment. I sat in the waiting room until 2:05, then the nurse brought me to my room. Dr Bakke didn't arrive until 2:35 - an hour and 15 minutes PAST my appointment time! I understand that sometimes the schedules get crazy and emergencies come up, but Dr Bakke offered no apology. When I described my symptoms, he wasn't listening. I knew this because I told him I'd been having headaches and neck pain, and while he was going through my chart, he asked me if I had had any headaches or body pain. I felt like I just wasted my whole afternoon. Oh, and he said I likely have a virus. I will schedule with a different doctor next time....maybe a different clinic.

Dr Bakke is an excellent doctor. The clinic, however, is not effective at communicating their changes in office hours, appointment hours, telephone/fax number changes, etc....
