I was very happy with the sensitivity and caring of all of the staff and Dr. Blair. Having used VIP Dentistry last, it was like night and day. I can't speak to insurance issues, I pay cash for dental work. Thank you everyone!

Dr Blair was recommended and I can't thank her enough, he was awesome and his crew were so friendly and accommodating. Thank you everyone for such a great experience at the dentist highly recommend

Dr. Blair has been my dentist for 10 years. He has always gotten me in ASAP be it regular appointment or emergency! He is very caring and explains all details thoroughly. I highly recommend him!!

Jeff Blair has been our family dentist for years. He is not only superbly knowledgeable but has a wonderful bedside manner that makes an otherwise anxious event an enjoyable experience. The office staff is always cheerful and eager to help. I can’t say enough... thank you old town general dentistry ... for just being you! A++

Constant appointments being canceled (were up to 7 now since sept 2020) because Doctor is sick. Always last minute. My grandma paid $800 for a partial denture plate that doesn’t fit right. Going on 6 months with her bottom teeth unusable. The doctor and staff are very kind, however doesn’t do business efficiently.

They lied to me about me being covered by humana for 50 to 80% of the work being done. After the work was done, they got the full amount from me which was $460.00 and said Humana would write me a check. They did not, i'm not covered. Now they want another $100.00 for an xray. I asked them why didn't you tell me i'm not covered, i already had a dentist who priced me half of what they charged me. 1 tooth pulled and 1 small filling. Old town dentistry charged $560.00, BEWARE OF THIS SHADY BUSINESS They lied to me about me being covered by humana for 50 to 80% of the work being done. God forbid there's an emergency and you don't make your appointment. They charged me $84 for a missed appointment. Don't waste your time with this place.

Yes they are expensive but worth every penny. Little to no wait time, clean and gentle. Could not ask for more.

Dr Blair is one of the best Dentist I have visited. He has a wonderful chair side personality . . Keeps you informed of every step of the procedure he is performing. Very professional. I have been a patient for years , would highly recommend him and his staff. Great people!

Don't Trust A Quote at this establishment GET IT IN WRITING ! before the service is rendered. Dishonest business practice " Bate and switch"

I don't see how anyone gives this practice more than 0 star ( I had to give one star because there is no option for zero star). Here is my reason I'm 68 years old and I dealt with quite a bit dentists in my life, this one tops all of them for taking advantage of people, I went there and asked if they take my insurance for treatment they said yes then I go to see if they would make me a new denture or fix the existing one, then he spent with me less than 10 min. in my way going out the front office charged me $60.00 for copay (never heard that before, but I guess they are Hungry) then few days later I receive a bill for $40.00 because the insurance didn't pay his fee of $100.00. When I talked to some woman there she said that's what it is. People find yourself a decent dentist not a hungry one. Dr. Blair has been my dentist for going on 15 years. On numerous occasions, he has saved me money and teeth. I highly recommend him.

I am a new patient of Dr. Blair's and I must say that I was very impressed. There was hardly any wait and everyone was great.

I have been going to Dr. Blair at Old Town Dentistry & Denture Lab for 15 years. The staff is so friendly and caring. My check in and check out process is always quick.

The Dr. and staff at Old Town General Dentistry & Denture Lab are caring and friendly. I feel very comfortable during my visits. I would definitely recommend Dr. Blair to family and friends.
