Jeffrey Alan Brackett

I have been seeing Dr. Brackett for several years now, and have had a few surgical procedures done. I have never experienced any pain during or after the procedures. The best dental care ever. Dr. Brackett, Cindy, Debbie and Nancy are all wonderful people to deal with, and I would highly recommend them any day.

I loved my Dental Hygienist. She was amazing and had so many interesting stories. I would go to her any day. I do have to be honest with my overall experience with the office. I was told by the Doctor told that my gums were really bad. During a two year period, I had three grafts done. I was told I needed to keep continuing with further grafts in the upcoming years since my insurance had a yearly cap and could only do 1 a year. I have moved twice since and gone to two different establishments and both told me that my gums were fine and I didn't need anything done. I made sure not to give any information to each establishment beforehand to get an unbiased assessment. Both Doctors told me the same thing....everything was fine. It cost me about 2,000 total out of pocket for the three grafts. In addition, when I asked to transfer my records to another establishment a year after my move from Maine, I was told they no longer had the records. This seems very fishy to me. Based on this information, I seriously have doubts about the office. I do feel a review is necessary after I just received a second confirmation that everything was fine with my gums. From the first moment I walked in to Dr Brackett's office, Debbie and Cindy put me at ease with their kind, friendly, professional manner. Dr. Brackett's calm, reassuring demeanor instantly gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands. They also took great care to ensure that I was comfortable and virtually pain-free during any procedures. Both of my procedures went very smoothly and I had wonderful results. Wonderful experience. Went in for gum grafting, everyone was professional, and there was very little pain!

Dr Brackett did an implant. He has the most calming demeanor and takes time to explain the procedure. Thank you Dr. Brackett for an amazing experience. Update: I had to return to Dr Brackett after my general dentist made a mistake placing a crown. Dr. Brackett took great care removing cements in the gum which caused infection. Working for a general dentist, I've known I've needed to see a periodontist for quite a while. My fear had kept me away. I had the BEST experience ever with Dr. Brackett!!! From my first phone call, to my initial consult/exam, and then having surgeries and follow up visits.....Dr. Brackett and his team have been outstanding. Cindy, Debbie and Dr. Brackett have all been so warm, friendly, helpful every step of the way. They melted away my fear of having periodontal surgery! They made sure I understood everything and made me feel as if I were the most important person there. My surgeries were painless! I was very apprehensive about the gums receding on my front teeth. Dr. Bracket took lots of time to explain my problem and has calmed me down completely. He is a very nice, gentle man.
