Disappointed with my visit. He only spent 15 minutes of a supposed 1 hour consultation. He had no interest in being there and basically said so. Very cryptic and suggested I go to The Mayo Clinic. Prescribed antibiotics and that was it! Worthless appt after waiting 4 months!

The man is very unprofessional .. he left me hanging with results from an ultrasound when I call to find out the results they said he was on vacation.. then he sent me for an MRI I had an appointment for next week when I called to confirm they said that he was not practicing here anymore and referred me to someone else.

Dr Cryan seems professional and competent, but his receptionist is rude. Ridiculed my husband for "not reading the sign" to use the back door (there wasn't one...Doug took a picture on his phone to show her) She then asked if HE took the sign down!

Appointment within the same week. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Ordered the necessary tests to properly diagnose and treat. Friendly office staff. Will highly recommend!
