Dr. Jeffrey Scott Deweerd

Dr. Deweerd has always treated myself and all of my family with respect, and has excellent character and professionalism. We are very fortunate to have him as our family doctor.

Dr.Deweerd was my doctor when I was 17 years old and he was in the Leslie, he listened to what my issues were, he’s compassionate, caring and thee best doctor I’ve ever had... Thank you Dr.Deweerd

HE IS THE MOST FRIENDLY DOCTOR HE GOES OUT OF HIS WAY TO HELP YOU IN ANYWAY HE CAN VERY KNOWLEGABLE

He is very knowledgeable and takes time when you are with him. You both get to know each other. My husband and I both have been to Dr. Deweerd for many years. He actually saved my husbands life. He picked up on a comment made and just to be safe let’s do a tread mill. A week later my husband while having the test was rushed into emergency because his heart was going to burst. He had a quadruple bypass. Dr. Deweed saved his life. He is one of the best.

Outstanding. Saved my life

Dr. Deweerd is very good at helping his patients understand his diagnoses. He is also very personable. Dr. Dewwerd makes it very clear that he is passionate about his patients and their health.

Dr.Deweerd is reguarded by myself as a very thorough and detailed physician. He has always been very careful to give excellent care to all my family members and shows his concern to make us all feel confident we have received the best care available. I highly recommend this doctor to all my friends!

very caring and would recommend anyone to him for health care. I have been going to him for 15 years and he is by far the best family physician I i have ever been to.

does not actually submit referrals, prescriptions, or authorizations in a timely matter (if at all); does not take patients seriously; staff has attitude when asked to respond to routine requests. found a new doc.

At first, he was the best doc I had. When I got my worse he let me down and because of his decision to immediately stop two meds, without any explanations knowing I need something in its place. When I was sick, he said go home you'll be fine. Severe vomiting, cramping, anxiety,tremors,hallucinations,seizures and then passing out. ER visit. I waited a wk.for a return call then a 3Wk.why he made the decision he did, who knows Because of his med choice I am at my worse health ever!!!!!
