I was misinformed about my eyes needing to be dilated, which caused me to make another appointment, which will cost me another office visit. The office is always packed with people, so the appointment lasts much to long. The people upfront must give clear, concise information to us customers. If they don’t have the proper customer info, they should be able to get it from someone who is knowledgeable about that customer. As always, everyone in the office are pleasant to do business with. I rated this appointment lower, due to the misinformation. Normally, my appointments run very smoothly. Thank you.

They are so nice and knowledgeable always a great experience I would not want to see anyone else for my eyes

The clinic was really busy. I think that’s a sign. My visit took longer than the last but understandably fine because Dr Surti takes her time to ensure that all my concerns are addressed and explained. I think I found my permanent Ophthalmologist. You rock Dr Surti!

Great experience at Citrus Valley Eye care. The staff is very professional and helpful. Dr Surti is fantastic, and is at the top of her profession! She takes the time to explain and is reassuring. So thankful to have her caring for my eyes! My family and I recommend Citrus Valley EyeCare.

Every one was polite and good at their job and expertise, but my only complaint would be the delay waiting for the appointments. On average, I have waited between 30-45 minutes after appointment scheduled times for my name to be called.

Everyone in the office is amazing and they move us along as fast as possible and were informative and very friendly.

Very informative, patient and helpful. So far I’ve been there three times and each time was a great experience. No other doctor I’d rather see.

I always like going to see Dr. Surti. She is an excellent doctor. She was recommended to me by a friend. Dr. Surti did my second cataract surgery, and I was very happy with everything. Dr. Surti is so easy to talk to - and so are her staff. Her Assistant, who did some of my tests and put drops in my eyes for dilation, had me laughing. Dr. Surti and her Staff are a wonderful gift to me. I highly recommend.

As always, medical assistants were eager, helpful, and friendly. Dr. Surti, of course, was wonderful! My only criticism was that today featured an extremely long wait for me once I'd seen the medical assistant- over 30 minutes. However, I wasn't in a hurry, & I had my phone, so I was able to catch up on Facebook a bit.???? Follow-up appt - Sept 2022- appt was done quickly perhaps 10 min maximum between the time I saw the assistant Connie and Dr Surti. As much as the place was hoppin' busy, I never felt rush, & got their full attention. Great visit!... Jan 2023 great visit- every medical personnel I dealt with was thorough and helpful. Dr Surti, as usual, was wonderful. I always feel reassured and relieved when I am finished w/my appt with her.

It’s always a pleasure coming in for an appointment. They’re fast, polite, professional & proficient. Love Dr Surti!! Special thank you for staying late for my field vision:Albany. Wow patient, thorough and never feeling rushed. Also to Bryun, and Shalihi who took my first eye pressure exam and kept me calm and assuring me Dr Surti would evaluate and share results. All was well praise shod. And finally to Dinora, great professional and awesome customer service.

Excellent Dr and friendly helpful staff. Very happy that I changed to Dr Surti. Always explains to me my condition and results of my exam. I've been a doctor for 30 years and I know when I've found a good specialist.

I visited Citrus Valley Eye Care after a referral from my primary physician. As a walk-in patient, I was welcomed with open arms and immediately given an appointment for the next day. The technician, and Dr. Leung took their time checking out my eye. Even thought they couldn't help, they were very efficient referring me to a retina specialist. I recommend them for any one in need of eye care! Thanks.
