Love this office. If I could stay I would but moved out of the area. I only hope that I can find a dentist office as kind and caring as Dr. Gries and his staff!

Wonderful experience... it’s been 3 years since I’ve been to a dentist and I believe he saved a tooth I wanted and thought needed extracted. I rebooked for my cleaning and plan to stay!

Dr. Gries has been my dentist for many years. He's an honest, compassionate dentist who does beautiful work. The staff is wonderful and very helpful in all aspects of the dental/insurance process. I highly recommend Dr. Gries for all your family dental needs.

This office is not out of date or is horrible. All staff members are very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Gries is our family dentist and we are all very happy. Would recommend to friends and family.

I was (am) so very happy with all my dental procedures with Dr. Gries. He is very professional and knows exactly what needs to be done. His staff is wonderful! Cindy spent a long time making sure all appointments were scheduled perfectly and would fit with my timing. Ruth-Ann cleaned my teeth better than anyone I've ever been to. My teeth look excellent now, thanks to Dr. Gries and staff. I couldn't be happier. The whole experience was much better than I ever could have imagined. Thanks!

My experience with this office is horrible. The equipment seems to be outdated as it relates to other offices in the area. The dentist office does not support Veterans or the process in receiving pay for care. I had to file appeals with Tricare dental and after Tricare Dental paid my claim, the dental office still would not reimburse my family over $1,000's. If you are military or support the military, do not use this dental office for any of your treatment. Try Wilson Dental off of Lancaster in Salem OR or take the drive to Silverton it will be worth it. My experience with this office is horrible. Very kind and talented dentist and great staff. The office quiet and classy. I'm a little fearful of the dentist and I adore these guys.
