Very cold and distant. It's a bore hearing him somehow suggest that I have the option of having my tubes tied each time we talk about me potentially having a c-section. He has mentioned it each time I've seen him and it's irritating.

I saw him on an emergency basis. He listened to everything I said, did the necessary tests, called ahead to a lab to make sure they would see me immediately and was professional and kind. The news he had for me was not good but he delivered it with compassion. I thought he was an excellent doctor.

Although he seemed cold and distant at first, as a doctor he is really good. I was worried when I realized he would be doing my emergency surgery(had read mostly negative reviews about him online), however everything went smoothly. Also he is patient and answered any question I had during my followups.

The surgery went well, but wish he was more reassuring and a little more kind. Like some of the other reviewers, I felt he was distant and cold.

So I was in need of a new primary OBGYN and decided to give a male OBGYN a chance being that he is a medical professional after all. He is certainly an old school man and professional but I found him to be a little rude. I felt like I was being judged during my visit and I’ve never had an OBGYN make me feel shameful in any way. He also made a rude remark to me that we won’t get into this review. If i was a young girl my first time seeing an OBGYN i certainly would not go to this man. If you need a quick check up and there isn’t anyone else who can help he’s okay.

Office staff is unorganized. Routine tests might be overlooked d/t lack of coordination with staff. Dr. Gross has poor follow up with test results, often asking me the patient what the results were while frantically flipping thru the record. He also has a tendency to ask the me a question then immediately interrupt me. Not someone I want to be in a delivery room with.

That man is excellent...it has been a little long since I have seen him...the exam...and especially the follow up and the staff of PPMC were unbelievably fantastic. Going back soon even though I no longer live in Princeton!

I've seen Dr. Gross for a few years simply because I could never get an appointment with Dr. Pestrake. I never really wanted to see a male gyno, but found myself continuing to go back to him. Over the years I've found he can be hit or miss depending on the visit but I think overall he's a good doctor and more 'traditional' in the way he interacts with patients. When I've had concerns or issues, I found that he does take the time to explain things pretty well. Only true downside here is that nearly every time I visit, I find myself waiting for sometimes up to 30-40 minutes to be seen and never had an apology for the wait. While it seems that this is the standard at most medical practices, I think a patients time should be valued and at least acknowledged. Overall, I don't think you could go wrong with Dr. Gross.
