Dr.Hall did my rhinoplasty early this month and although I am still early in the recovery process, I can already say with confidence that I am SO happy with my results. I found Dr.Hall's office because I work close by, but committed to doing my surgery there because of the awesome staff! Nicole is the treatment coordinator and she was fabulous from beginning to end. So helpful and patient with me as I asked a million questions on any given day. Dr.Hall is very informative and honest, and his experience shows, as I couldn't have imagined a better outcome for my nose. I honestly had no idea what to expect, but the result is so natural and even though I still have some swelling, this already looks like the nose I was always meant to have. It's taken me almost 4 years to come back to write a review. Honestly, it's taken this long because I didn't want someone I possibly knew to know I paid money for a hair follicle transplant. I was 28 at the time, and I have very curly, wavy hair. So naturally, my main concern was 'how in the heck are you going to make the implants (from the back of my head) look natural at the top/front of my head.' His response, "I have to be an artist". I was really nervous. After a bad breakup, I was simply just wanting to make myself look better. From the second I walked in, it was ALL about "You're going to look fantastic! I cannot express how grateful I am to Dr. Hall and his staff. From the RN, Alyson to the patient coordinator, Nicole, they have made me feel like part of the family. Dr. Hall. . .well, he is an artist. I had a very bad experience with a plastic surgeon in the area that was overly aggressive with liposuction on my thighs. It left me with disfigured legs, sagging skin and a broken spirit. I looked worse than I did before I had the liposuction. I came to Dr. Hall seeking guidance. He was direct and honest. I did not need anyone to sugar coat anything or give me unrealistic expectations. He was also conscientious and respectful. I had a thigh lift and had fat transferred back into my thighs to restore the previously botched procedure. Needless to say, I was scared and very hesitant to trust anyone with my body, health and money at this point. I had my surgery in December 2020. In the midst of SNOVID, I was recuperating. As far as I and others in-the-know are concerned, Dr. Jeffrey Hall is one of it not the premiere plastic surgeon(s) in Austin—and beyond. He has such a fine touch and from what I've experienced in numerous treatments and several surgeries, does everything he can to ensure a quick recovery as well. No doubt trust is a major issue in choosing a surgeon whose skill will result in visible improvements that will however subtle will show themselves to other people (even though the most important person will be you), and he has gained my trust the old-fashioned way. By earning it. I was introduced to him by chance by another trusted and now-retired doctor's referral, when he surgically removed a skin cancer 15 years ago. Now I go to him for everything cosmetic and so many, many facets that benefit my physical appearance, my health, and a truly nice feeling when looking in the mirror. If he thinks he can help you with your specific concern he will tell you so, and if he doesn't he will say something on the order of "I'm sorry, I don't think I can help you with that." He has told me that before. I had a laser procedure . The initial visit and consultation was fine. I informed them I was concerned with the pain from the procedure. I was told they would let me stay until the pain subsidies . As soon as they were done with my treatment they walked me out of the room. I was in pain and was not comfortable driving home. I was shoved out of there in a nice way. It felt cold. I wanted to share my incredible experience with Dr. Hall and his exquisite team at Hall Plastic Surgery. For the record I am 57 years old (35 years in my head and heart) and had a face and neck lift as well as laser resurfacing around my eyes and mouth. I wanted to wait until I saw my before and after pictures to do a review and I was stunned at the contrast. The difference is subtle and yet profound at the same time. Most notable for me was my refined jaw line as well as my neck is as smooth as when I was in my 30’s. Dr. Hall and Alex, the Patient Care Consultant, where my first point of contact. At my consultation I never felt rushed and they patiently answered all of my questions. I was sure this was the surgeon for me. I forced myself to go to at least one more consultation where I didn’t even meet the doctor… I called Alex back with a few more questions, again patiently answering all of them and I scheduled my surgery. I have a hard time putting into words how blessed I feel to have found such a professional doctor and group of people he surrounds himself with! My experience has been nothing less than stellar. I would highly recommend Stefany for lymphatic massage at the appropriate time after your surgery, to help with common swelling. She is also a powerhouse regarding tips and tricks from an aesthetic perspective. I am looking forward to continuing my experience with Stefany with hydro-facials among other services. I also had botox and lip filler from April who is a master with the needle. She managed to even up my uneven upper lip, with filler! Dr. Hall was very detail oriented on his approach to my wishes and concerns and made me his priority every set of the way. On the day of my surgery and during my consult, Dr. Hall spent plenty of time with my spouse answering all of his questions to make sure he was prepared to care for me afterwards. It's been 3 months since my facelift and chin implant by Dr. Hall. The results were just as predicted and I'm very happy with the outcome and experience. I embarked on this adventure because I feel and behave like a 35-year old, but am actually about twice that age. I wanted them to converge as much as possible. In addition I've always had a somewhat weak chin and wanted that fixed. I shopped the procedure with 4 well-known plastic surgeons in the Austin area. All seemed very competent and suggested similar procedures. I chose Dr Hall because of his extensive experience in facial reconstruction and his specific use of materials and the procedure for the chin implant. Since I'm a bald, light-complexion guy I was concerned about scaring. Having been only 3 months, some scaring is visible behind the ear; but the facial scaring is almost undetectable. All should disappear or be very minimal over the next 3 months. There is still a little swelling and numbness in the neck, but it will also disappear over a reasonable time. My introduction was at their clear lake 1 year anniversary party where Kayla gave me a quick hydrodacial and recommended products, I also took advantage of a special at the pre party and took the plunge to pre purchase Botox at a great price! All the staff were beautiful and easy to talk with, the quick hydrafacial made more of an impact than any spa facial I've ever had - it was a great experience. April at the westlake location did my Botox, April made me feel comfortable and informed about what to expect with my first round and now at 2 weeks I have to say I am extremely happy!
