Dr. Heebner is a caring, compassionate doctor who takes the time to listen to and assist all his patients. He makes himself available to call or text with his patients when they reach out to him outside of normal doctor visits. Dr. Heebner is extremely versed with all conditions his patients may experience and not only knows the specialists he might refer a patient to but also will call the specialist and make the appointment for his patient. Dr. Heebner acts quickly to get his patients healthy

Dr. Heebner is excellent and Mom loves him. His office staff on the other hand is another story. If they spent as much time working as they do gossiping, maybe my mother's medical record copy request would have been completed by now. The request was sent on 12/12/16. It is now 12/21/16 and even after calling multiple times they still haven't done it. As a result, Mom's request for coverage by her long-term health insurance company for living at an assisted living facility has been denied.
