WOW. There are not enough words to describe how fantastic this office is. I wish I could give them ten stars. Dr. Kellogg, Nurse Joni, and Flor at the front desk are truly angels on earth. I hadn't been to a primary doctor in over a decade so I was terrified to say the least. Flor was so patient with me throughout our communications prior to my appointment. The day of my appointment they calmed my nerves and treated me like family. I went in shaking and left smiling! Their kindness and care is truly unmatched. Dr. Kellogg is thorough, kind, and validating. He did not rush me or ignore my long list of concerns. I am beyond grateful to have found them and I HIGHLY recommend this practice if you are searching for one. Thank you all so much!! WOW. Great doctor

Excellent Physician. Kind, very knowledgeable, patient and professional. One of the good ones left out there. I was impressed with staff as well. Nothing to be be desired.

I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR KELLOGGS SINCE MY FRESHMAN YEAR IN COLLEGE. i AM NOW ALMOST 60 YERS OLD AND STILL HAVE DOC AS MY FAMILY HEALTH CARE PROVIDER. HIS NURSE HAS BEEN THERE SINCE THE MOVE TO SHEPHERDSTOWN AND SHE HAS BECOME A GREAT FRIEND AS WELL. I WOULDNT CHANGE ANYTHING AT THISW STAGE IN LIFE. THINGS HAPPEN AS WE GET OLDER BUT GOOD FRIENDSHIPS AND DOCTOR PATIENT RELATIONSHIPS BECOME MORE AND MORE IMPORTANT AS TIME PASSES.

It's ridiculous that they don't take walk-ins. I'm injured enough I know I need to see a doctor, I am not injured enough to go to the emergency room or an urgent care, and I am new to the state. WHO in their right mind goes to the doctor when they are healthy? It's totally asinine to expect people to "plan" when they are sick or injured to see a doctor. I called up to see if they take new patients, which they do, but I would have to go down today, fill out paperwork, given them my insurance just to get an appointment for next week!!! I need to medical assistance today, not next week. This is when you know a doctor's off just cares about your money and not your wellbeing. It's ridiculous that they don't take walk-ins. Have been with Dr. Kellogg for over 20 years. He took great care of my sons special needs and has been a great GP for my family and now my kids families. This is not a large practice; I am treated like a person, not a number.

We love Dr. Kellogg and drive a good 30 minutes to keep him as our family doctor. My brother and his wife use him as their family doctor and drive over an hour. Great at listening to concerns without always going the most aggressive route first or handing out antibiotics just because.

Been seeing him since we came to the area. Feels like he does not take our concerns seriously . Has and exermley rude nurse, does not make reminder calls for appointments . Going to see another provider asap.

Dr. Kellogg is a great family practitioner. My father is a retired doctor and my mother a nurse and they have been so impressed by the care my family (husband and baby) have received. I would highly recommend him and his staff, including nurse Joanie, are the best, too!
