Dr Rubinstein is kind, gentle, informative and thorough making sure everything is in good working order! If there are any questions about xray he's very careful with clinical exam and does not rush into doing anything that isn't necessary. Robin, dental hygienist is also very thorough, gentle and informative. Would highly recommend this team.

I have been meaning to write a review for Dr. Jeffrey Rubinstein's (DDS) dental practice in Bedford ,New York because I have never forward reviews in the past. This patient review is the exception. Our family has been visiting " Dr. Jeff " for many years. We live in Brookfield , CT and the trip is worth knowing the care received at our visit will be honest and fare . Dr. Jeff along with his fabulous staff are without doubt the best family dental practice in the area. You sense that everyone on staff truly cares about only you. I've been going to Dr. Rubinstein's office for several years, and the level of care is always consistent and fantastic. I usually see Robin for my general cleaning - she is gentle yet fast, and always friendly and informative. Dr. Rubinstein always visits at the end of my appointment to give a thorough assessment of general dental health. He always explains what he is doing and what to expect, which I really appreciate. I usually see Robin for my general cleaning - she is gentle yet fast, and always friendly and informative. I have been a patient of Dr. Rubinstein for many years, and he, Robin and their team are the BEST! This year he introduced me to laser surgery which was 100% painless! What a great change!!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Rubinstein for over 20 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. When anything major occurs, he provides several options in order that the patient may make an informed choice based on financial or other considerations. Dr. Jeff is amazing with children. My daughter loves to go to the dentist. She has had two baby teeth pulled by Dr. Jeff and she had no complaints and she was made to feel really comfortable. She has been going to him since she was two, she is now almost twelve. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a family Dentist

Dr. Rubenstein is an outstanding dentist. He's highly skilled, knowledgable, compassionate, avoids unnecessary procedures & performs needed procedures with great expertise. My previous dentist left his practice & I saw his partner who told me I needed a complicated & costly procedure. I got a 2nd opinion elsewhere & was told I needed completely different complicated & costly work. Then I went to Dr Rubenstein, who'd treated my parents for years. He saved me thousands of dollars & months of painful work - none of what I'd been told I needed was necessary! He found a cavity the other 2 dentists had missed, & treated it painlessly. I have to travel quite a distance to get to his office,  but it's absolutely worth it. I finally have a dentist I trust completely to do the right work in a professional manner at a reasonable cost. I have undergone several different procedures and they have always been successful. He will refer you to a specialist when warranted. Highly recommend! Many people dread going to the dentist, but I love visiting Dr. Rubenstein. He is very thorough, checks for things other dentists haven't (like gum cancer), has a very friendly and competent staff who give me very good individualized tips for keeping good care of my mouth, and keeps excellent records.

I would like to refer and greatly recommend Dr. Jeffrey S. Rubinstein for his many years in dental practice. I was his dental assistant for over 5 years. I learned so much about the dental field, and immediately saw the excellent quality of restorative dental work. I went on and furthered my career and became a Dental Hygienist. Dr. Rubinstein is very professional, gentle, and honest during any dental procedures performed. He is an exceptional dentist and very highly recommended.

While I don't usually leave these reviews, I felt compelled to speak when I saw one review that gave Dr. Rubinstein 1 star for every category, and indicated a wait time of over 45 minutes. I have been a patient for approx. 25 years. I don't remember a wait of more than 10 minutes, and it's usually just a few minutes. I have always found Dr. Rubinstein's care, and that of his staff to be excellent. They are also all very friendly and accommodating. I actually look forward to my visits there.

Dr Jeff is a great dentist. Takes his time to explain everything to me and give me all the options. He does great dental work. I still come to him even though I have moved for these reasons. Top notch friendly staff as well
