Dr. Studebaker was caring and professional. This was the first time I had done a virtual appointment and Dr. Studebaker made it easy for me, even though he couldn't hear hear me at one point. He waited patiently until I got it working. The medication he prescribed has helped me feel much better in just one day. Thank you, Dr. Jeff!!

Dr. Studebaker is a fine dr. If a person needs to get in on short notice it is very hard. I would imagine that is what Premeir wants.

UNFORTUNATELY, IT WAS AN APPT. OVER THE PHONE. BUT DR. JEFF WAS VERY NICE AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS, THE BEST TREATMENT HE COULD PROVIDE NOT BEING IN PERSON. NO MEDICATIONS WERE PRESCRIBED, HE DID PROVIDE A DOCTOR NOTE FOR MY WORK. NOT TOO KEEN ON THIS DISTANCING THING, I AM TOO OLD SCHOOL.

Dr. Studebaker takes time with each patient. You never get the feeling like you do at many practices that patients are booked every 5 five minutes in order to maximize profit. The physician in them is usually behind, doesn't listen to concerns and is always rushing trying to catchup. Somehow Dr. Studebaker always manages to be within 5-10 of on time despite a steady stream of patients. The only issue unfortunately, is he is booked weeks in advance and his receptionist can never find time to get you in sooner- even when you are very sick. If you can manage to talk to his MA she can get you seen. Other than that, I feel extremely well cared for and can't imagine going to any other PCP. We actually live on the other side of town and are willing to drive 45 minutes to see him, bypassing many other providers, due to the excellent care we receive.

As always, Jeff is a trusted physician who i rely upon to work with me to manage my overall health!

Dr. Studebaker is an excellent GP. My husband and I have gone to him for about two years now. Each time we are in there, he and the staff always listen closely and give us so much attention. We feel in great hands with Dr. Studebaker and would recommend him and his practice to anybody in the area.

I was a new patient of Dr Studemaker and he took the time to go thru my conditions. He was very through. The staff was very friendly a and efficient no wait time.

I went in for my 1st appointment the receptionist was absolutely rude talking down to me like I was garbage telling me I cancelled my appointment the day before and I did not. I had to reschedule luckily for the same day the nurse practitioner was rude would not listen to me about problems. Matt is a good doctor however I don’t go to the doctor much. I have never had a problem getting a appointment until today. I was told I would not be accepted because I do not go enough. I was extremely disappointed as I have been using Matt periodically for years. I rarely write reviews but felt like this deserved one. Hopefully their strategy changes for others in the future. Takes time with patients follows through till he finds out what is wrong helped get me in to Osu for multiple sclerosis and supported me till I was diagnosed always there for his patients

I've found it difficult in the past to find doctors who make me feel comfortable and aren't in a hurry to get me out the door. Dr. Alappatt took her time visiting with me and made me feel quite comfortable while discussing my mental health issues with her. She showed empathy and was more than willing to switch my medications around to try to fine the one that works best for me. She showed no hesitation when telling me to call into the office at any time if I had any questions or concerns about things and truly made my appointment a breeze. The staff at her office, nurses and receptionists included, were also very friendly and understanding. I'm very pleased with the care that I received and look forward to FINALLY having a GP that in my corner.
