Dr. Thatcher is one of the best practitioners I have ever met. He doesn't just hear you, he listens to you. He works with you to figure out your complaint if it isn't obvious. He works with you on your tests, diagnosis and treatment. I feel very lucky to have him as a physician. He is needle in a haystack.
