I am a frequent flyer in the dermatology department, having had numerous basal and squamous cell areas taken off both through traditional surgery and mohs surgery. Several months ago a very large, deep squamous cell area(size of a quarter) had to be removed from the back of my hand, and I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Tiger perform that surgery. I cannot begin to express how wonderful he is, being both very personable & caring, as well as extremely competent. As I am a 66 year old woman of Irish descent and previously a sun worshipper, I have been to countless dermatologists and Dr. Tiger stands out by far as the best of them all!
