She listened and was patient with me, and very informative.

Dr. Blattner is kind and compassionate. She explained things well, and in a way that was easy to understand. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and did not rush the appointment. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Blattner delivered our daughter and it was a great experience. She was calm, collected and positive during the delivery. Her support of what we wanted (a vaginal delivery) was key and her skill in using the vacuum suction rather than forceps or a C-section made our birth experience so positive.

I visited Dr. Blattner a few months ago, and while I don’t usually leave reviews on doctors, I did not have a pleasant experience and left my visit feeling like I hadn’t been listened to or cared for. I’m a young female and I felt as though she did not care about the problems that I brought up to her. She questioned the symptoms I was having as though she did not believe me and couldn’t help me. When explaining birth control options to me, she was not thorough and it was only until visiting another doctor that I found out necessary information about one of the options that I was concerned she never mentioned. I will not be going back to Dr. Blattner; I felt she was insensitive and unconcerned as a first time patient.

Over a year ago I had a horrible experience, and if I stayed under the care of Dr. Blattner my life was at risk. I was in my first trimester and was experiencing awful abdominal pain (which I was in the ER for days prior to my appointment). With a history of fibroids she barely seemed concerned about what was happening or the excruciating pain I was in. Plus, she didn't seem to look at and become familiar with the MRI scans done by the hospital just days before. The bedside manner was not great and I didn't feel cared for. My condition was out of her expertise and knowledge, and she didn't seem very concerned for me at all. She referred me to a specialist, where I went, and then to another specialist and highly trained doctor and surgeon on the east coast in another city. My condition was bad, I ultimately ended up in the hospital for 2 weeks (ICU), but I never felt cared for at the beginning when I saw Dr. Blattner, when I was the most scared and confused.

I first want to preface this review by the fact I do not intend this to be negative, I am simply stating facts to prevent others from having the experience I had. I saw Dr. Jennifer Blattner a year and a half ago—the experience I had and the lasting implications have haunted me since. I saw her to have my Nexplanon removed and a new one inserted. Not only did she deny to answer the questions my roommates (who were there to support me during the procedure) asked about birth control, the scar she gave me from the procedure was described by my current ob/gyn as “atrocious”. I was unaware at the time I saw Dr. Blattner that the sutures she put in were unnecessary and would leave a significant scar I am continuously self-conscious about the scar Dr. Blattner left on me, and frustrated knowing this was unnecessary, and caused from a lack of care and unwillingness to provide basic compassion. I am not writing this to be negative. I am still deeply bothered by the lack of care for the scar that is going to be left on my body the rest of my life. I simply want to prevent this from happening to others.

Dr. Blattner delivered my daughter and I could not have asked for a better birth experience, relatively speaking. :) She was so kind, encouraging, and calming and her demeanor kept me calm throughout the entire process. I feel lucky to have had her as a doctor!

I definitely recommend Dr. Blattner for anyone going through pregnancy or trying to get pregnant, childbirth, and beyond. She has been there for me through a lot and delivered my son into the world. I wouldn't change a thing!

She is a great doctor! I have been seeing her for 2 years-for routine checkups and my first IUD placement. She educates patients on all options and is very comfortable to talk to. I have recommended her to others.

I have been a GYN patient of Dr. Blattner's for about 3 yrs now, and I have to say she is beyond exceptional! I first came to her as a college student needing a simple birth control refill, and in our first meeting she immediately recognized there were options that were better for me. I am SO grateful to her for convincing me to get an IUD! She's also cared for me thru an abnormal PAP and colposcopy procedure. I now live in Denver, but couldn't imagine trusting anyone else, so I gladly commute!!

After being a patient at another OBGYN where we were not impressed with the quality of care and staff, my husband and I were so pleased (and relieved) to find Dr. Blattner. From our first appointment to confirm our pregnancy, we felt at peace trusting our pregnancy in her care. She is very cheerful and welcoming at each appointment and takes the time needed to answer questions. Being this is our first pregnancy, we have relied on her expertise to help us navigate decisions along the way.

Dr. Blattner is the most caring and compassionate doctor. Everyone at the practice is wonderful, but Dr. Blattner is a step above the rest. She was so wonderful during the pregnancy and births of my two children. She also was so incredibly supportive through a very difficult 2nd trimester miscarriage. My family is complete with 2 children, but I'm sad to be done with her obstetrical care. Her nurse, Camille, and front desk staff at the Longmont location are also amazing!

Dr. Blattner is so wonderful, she is always caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

I had the most wonderful pregnancy and delivery experience with Dr. Blattner. I had unexpected surgery at 28 weeks to have my appendix removed and she took care of my pregnancy after that. My baby was breach so I had to have a c-section and it went really well. The surgery and recovery was good and I have a beautiful, healthy baby girl. Thank you Dr. Blattner!

I would recommend Dr. Blattner in a heart beat. Genuine and caring, answered my questions, addressed my concerns. Appt. was for an annual exam, very thorough. I didn't feel like a number, she was kind, happy and compassionate. The front desk staff was friendly and although the usual paperwork and check-in formalities occurred they did it professionally and with a smile. Only thing I would do differently is bring a warm blanket, the exam room was way chilly. Thank you ladies! Kudos!

Very caring and called me on a Sunday when she saw the results on my tests needed immediate attention. She could have waited until Monday because my life was not threatened but she did not wait and I appreciate how caring she was. Also, in the past, the nurses make the phone calls. It was so nice that Dr. Blattner called and could answer my questions immediately and not wait to have her call back. Very pleasant for routine exams as well.

Had hysteroscopy surgery and only ever saw Dr. Blattner during one appt. Did not see her before or after procedure. Could not schedule follow up appointment with her. Was passed off to a PA who was AWFUL. I was in pain after procedure and the PA was annoyed my exam hurt me. She then gave me wrong information from what Dr. Blattner left on my voicemail. Luckily, a kind admin confirmed the correct info in my report. If doctor is too busy to ever see people, please get better PAs.

Dr. Jennifer Blattner showed me the utmost care and respect. She is super knowledgeable and I developed trust and confidence during my pregnancy, labor and delivery through her expertise. Most of all she was calm, kind and had an infectious laugh. I would highly recommend! From the front desk team, to her nurse, Suzi, the whole team was fabulous.

Very bad listener. Doesn't ask enough, or the right, questions. Got a second opinion from a very good doctor, didn't think I needed any of the tests Blattner was pushing. Had multiple appointments cancelled by the office. I do NOT recommend.

When I recently had an emergency situation that required seeing a doctor quickly, Dr. Blattner squeezed me into her already busy schedule, and was so supportive and helpful. The phone nurses were particularly terrific -- they treated me with knowledge, caring, and respect. It turned out I needed surgery, and it would save me a huge deductible if I could do it quickly, before the year ended. The staff all worked to make that happen. Dr. Blattner was skilled, reassuring and helpful. I'm a fan.
