I wish folks would realize that when you have to wait for your appointment, and the provider is running behind, it's because they are going past their allotted time to listen to and treat the patient accordingly, without rushing through. Dr. Byrne gives excellent care and time to her patients- anything less than 5 stars for her is a big miss. I am 64 years old. I have had a total of 4 family physicians in my lifetime, including Dr. Byrne. Hands down, and without question, Dr. Byrne is by far the best. She is extremely intuitive. Her wealth of knowledge is always current. She is a very caring individual, and you never feel she is rushing you, to get to the next patient. In looking at some of the other reviews on the website, I noted that the ONLY negative comments related to Dr. Byrne were related to office staff and wait times, never quality of care. I have not experienced wait time problems and have never had an issue with clerical staff. If you want to receive top notch care from your personal physician, you can not do better than Dr. Byrne. Dr. Byrne is understanding, experienced, and very thorough. She explains everything in detail and in an easy to understand way. She is incredibly thorough and makes sure the issue is handled. The only downsides are long wait times. I've had to wait an hour and a half for her. However, she never rushed me no matter how far behind she was. She always made sure to answer any questions and discuss everything completely. Great doctor. Needs better scheduling.

You’ll wait hours for your appointment, when you can get one. One time I suggested they call and let people know when they were running hours behind and the front office person acted like that was an absurd suggestion. Dr. Byrne is nice, but I have received the WORST customer service I have ever had from the front office staff and billing department. The first visit was I chocked up to them having a bad day, but after my last interaction it is obvious that they just do not care about how they talk to people. They need to clean house. Very personable and thorough!

I highly recommend this physician. Dr. Byrne is top notch. She is personable, thorough, compassionate and always available to assist with your health needs. Her office staff is always available to assist with check in, referrals and billing needs. When we moved out of the area, I liked this physician so much, I now drive an hour each way to maintain this patient / physician relationship. Thanks for the great care!

Every staff member in this building is top notch! They are knowledgeable, caring, concerned and overall genuine. Dr. Byrne is an amazing doctor, she is by far one of the best I have had. This office also is a one stop shop.

She is kind and warm and great with kids and adults

Dr. Byrne never seems rushed and is willing to spend as much time as needed with you.
