I am not sure what you want. Dr. Williams is very personable and helpful. I am comfortable discussing anything with her.

I didn't believe the other one star reviews of jennifer williams Abandoning Patients. Then It happened to me. With out any warning I was called on sept 20th the day my meds were to be refilled by the receptionist with a southern accent and told " Sorry as of today you are no longer our patient and your medication refills and finding a new doctor are your problem this month. I have other calls to make so have a nice day." .. So no medication refills to hold me over while i scramble for a new doctor no info on finding a new doctor and no reason given for abandonment. After thinking this was going to be a great place for my new primary care provider for the last year, and having no problems until the phone call I am in shock and disbelief. I should have listened to the one star reviews. What has happened to me i was told by the Ohio medical board is what they call Patient Abandonment. And they requested that i fill out a complaint. I would Urge any of her other former patient

We recently received a letter from Dr Jennifer Williams regarding her transition to a MDVIP practice. The bottom line is that she wants $2,000 in cash per year from us in order to remain in her practice. She is a disgrace to the profession!

Not the standard held before now that's she's moved to her new practice. I have a more detailed review on Vitals. Dr. Williams is an amazing Doctor but since the move her staff is less than acceptable in the way they handle patients. Because the Nurse Practitioner is the gatekeeper my experience was I was not able get the care I was accustomed to when seeing Dr. Williams previously. There's no compassion, no follow up and getting an appointment is extremely difficult. I want to believe Dr. Williams is unaware of her staff's actions and how poorly they treat patients and are left hanging when needing medical care.

Misdiagnosed my condition Luckily found better doctor with correct dianose.

Best Doctor out there! Very caring and remembers every conversation over the years. Found lifetime Doctor. She recently got her own office, hopefully secretary is as nice as Pam from her former location. -Jason, patient for 6 years+ Carlisle, OH

Poorly run office... information not consistent each visit... incorrect prescriptions...no return calls. Dr. Williams is friendly but this office is a disaster. Going elsewhere!

She is very compassionate and knowledgeable. Excellent M.D. and my family and I have the upmost confidence in her abilities to keep us healthy!!!

I’ve been a patient of dr Williams for many years, and I highly recommend her. She’s the best dr I’ve ever had. She’s caring and compassionate. I do agree with someone else who said her office is somewhat lacking in getting back with me. But nothing’s perfect.

I thought this doctor was great when I started seeing her. I had chronic symptoms without a clear diagnosis. Upon moving out of state, I saw my patient records when sent to new doctor--and she hadn't recorded my complaints at all. Notes said I had no problems with the very symptoms I described to her. What in the world was she typing the whole time I was talking to her?! Terrible. I was diagnosed right away by new doctor, by the way, after over a year with no help by Williams.

a great doctor

Dr. McDonald (Williams) is a sweet and caring doctor. However, she did recommend a few medications that had unexplained side effects. Further, she appears overworked and her staff is cold and inefficient, unless it comes to hounding you to pay your bills (they do that very efficiently).

I've been a patient of Dr. Williams (I think she recently got married) for a couple months and she's always kind, nice bedside manners. Listens to your input and talks to you about her chosen treatments.
