Diagnosis was complete and confirmed with a solution prescribed on the spot. Very professional.

She was very professional, and explained everything in great detail. She was also very thorough with checking my eyes

Dr. Lutz is very thorough in her examination. Her explanation is very precise and easy to understand. You leave with a complete understanding of your eye health.

Dr. Lutz has been my eye doctor since my first pair of glasses in 3rd grade, for 15+ years. She’s really wonderful, always very thorough with her examinations and willing to listen and answer any questions or concerns. Ms. Jennifer has such a tentative demeanor, thank you Dr for your kindness care.

It was a great experience as always being seen by Dr Lutz. She is patient and an expert in what she does. The front office is a pleasure to do business with. No wonder all our family members are Dr Lutz's patients.

Dr. Lutz is the best. She is very caring, compassionate and takes the time to explain and listen. I am glad my prior optometrist were not good then I wouldn't found her. She is awesome. Not many people like her.

Welcoming, clean place with wonderful doctors and office people. I do my yearly check ups or if I have any issues with Jeannine Lutz, O.D. past almost 10 years and she is wonderful, but also gentle which is important with eyes and very knowledgeable. I will highly recommend this office and a doctor!!!

Dr. Lutz and her staff are fabulous. Conduct comprehensive exams, listen patiently, and pay attention to details.

I always feel cared for and in good hands at Matossian Eye Associates. I have been seeing Dr. Lutz for years, and I have nothing but good to say about our interactions and the care I have received from her and the staff.

Excellent experience , from initial reception to seeing Dr Lutz. The doctor is very knowledgeable and pleasant. One is comfortable in her presence. She makes conversing easy. I’ll recommend her to anyone.

I could not be more disappointed with the office staff Matossian Eye Associates. Dr. Lutz is capable and professional. The office staff, however, is inefficient, unresponsive, and entirely frustrating to deal with. My son (age 14) saw Dr. Lutz for an eye exam for glasses. The office staff indicated it was a covered expense, as Dr. Lutz is in network for my insurance. However, Dr. Lutz apparently is covered only for medical issues and not for vision. The resulting bill, $419.08, was certainly a bit of a shock to the system for a child's eye exam, particularly as this was purely an exam and no glasses were provided. After many calls and interactions, I resolved the bill with Prism Vision Group, their biller, in December 2020. Today, in May, I received a bill for $185, after receiving a statement with a zero balance from Prism. I am disappointed and disheartened. Is anyone minding the store at this doctor's office? I could not be more disappointed with the office staff Matossian Eye Associates. Dr. Lutz is capable and professional. I've been with matossian for over 10 years for all my eye care. Always nice whether hopewell or Hamilton. Location is great and staff very professional. Yes, I would recommend others for great eye care, even with emergencies , which I've had alot. They follow thru until my vision is doing good.

Dr. Lutz is professional, highly knowledgeable, caring, and has excellent patient- doctor rapport. The staff is courteous and efficient. Excellent visit.

Dr. Lutz is truly a caring Professional. She has been my daughter's Optometrist since she was a small child, and even now as a 19 year old, Dr. Lutz still gives my daughter the same thorough, kind and patient care for her eye exams. A change in our insurance plan recently led us to visit a new Optometrist. That visit left a lot to be desired and I was not confident that the given script was beneficial. Willing to pay out of pocket, I immediately contacted Matossian for a 2nd opinion appointment with Dr. Lutz. The difference between the two scripts was shocking. I am always very nervous and anxious going to any doctor. I felt very comfortable and at ease here. Dr. Lutz was very comforting and very thorough. She explained everything so that I understood what was happening. The office staff and everyone was welcoming. I definitely will stay with them.

Very thorough and patient. She truly listens and addresses concerns.

Dr. Lutz listens to any problems the client may have. She doesn't rush you through the exam. Explains what she is going to do throughout the course of the eye exam e.g. if a procedure may cause discomfort, thereby lessening any anxiety.

Dr. Lutz has been a personable clinician always listening to me as a patient, changing and tweaking my prescriptions for glasses, contacts, bifocals, progressives, multifocal contacts for more than 10 years. She has the knowledge and experience that allows me to trust my eyes to her care and keep coming back. My eyesight is my livelihood. I would trust it to just anyone, Neither should you. I trust Dr. Lutz and she has not let me down.

I recommend Dr. Lutz to all my friends and family, she is a wonderful doctor and I have never had a bad experience with her or Matoissian Eye Associates!

Dr. Lutz is excellent! I've been going to her for years and I have never had an issue with her. Whenever there is a problem with my eye or contact, she manages to squeeze me in her busy schedule to help me get better. She is always so friendly, polite, and courteous. She rarely makes you wait, (unless circumstances out of her control); she is timely and efficient. I trust my eyes, my vision and the health of my eyes completely to Dr. Lutz, knowing she will always deliver to me the best of care.
