Great Professional staff with that personal Touch. Thanks, for a great appointment. Today I had a cleaning by Jill and she did a wonderful job. As always, Dr. Bondra and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Thank you Dr. Bondra and Staff.

Jeanie manages to make coming to the dentist a pleasant experience. I've never had anyone clean my teeth better than she does. There's rarely any wait time for my appointment.

I have been a patient of Jeremiah's for about 20 years, so that should say enough. He and his hygienist team provide highly experienced and totally painless care, and every staff member is very personable and welcoming. They put the patient's interests first when dealing with scheduling, finance and treatment.

Thank you for a wonderful first visit. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I appreciated the time that the Jeanie spent with me. She explained everything so well, answered my questions, and my teeth felt so clean when I left. Dr. Bondra is so easy to talk to. This will be a very easy transition for me.

I truly appreciate going to the dentist, not because I care for my teeth and gums the way I should, but because from when you walk in, to when you leave, the entire staff is always pleasant, professional and caring. Broke a tooth. Did not have an appointment. They told me to come to the office in 45 minutes. Took x-rays and evaluated my need. Have appointment their next business day.

My referral here years ago has never been disappointing, only helpful and kind.

I took my 2 year old in for his appointment when I had my appointment and they were so good accommodating both him and I. They made him feel so comfortable I was surprised he did so good!

You couldn’t ask for a better experience. Karli was very pleasant very professional and very knowledgeable. The Dr that saw me was to the point direct and laid out a plan for the work that needed done. I don’t enjoy going to the dentist I have had bad experiences in the past. These folks were no nonsense no trying to scare you into buying something you don’t need. Absolutely will recommend to family and friends. You couldn’t ask for a better experience. Dr. Bondra is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! The atmosphere is happy and everyone is really friendly. No one likes going to the dentist but- Jeannie does a great job cleaning my teeth every time and she makes it less than stressful by being efficient and conscious of my comfort level. The dental assistant, Carol, is always there to make whatever you're having done a pleasant experience! If you have anxiety about going to the dentist, I would recommend giving Dr Bondra a try- they're all stellar people! Dr. Bondra is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! Unfortunately, Bondra lost our confidence in him when I requested which dental carrier networks his practice accepted. He refused to provide those to me as he did not want us to stop paying full procedure code price for cleanings/visits etc...even though he knew we did not have insurance. He was so greedy he just plain refused to help us select the carrier network that his office approved so me and my family could receive the network discount. Astonishing. Jeremiah’s response does not make any sense (I’m an insurance professional consultant ) and covers up the fact he failed to share he personally refused to provide me (after several attempts) what networks his practice participates in so I could proactively search those networks with discounts. He elected not to share so it was clear he was not sensitive to our financial budgeting. Very nice place to go! Great people and Bondra is the best. He kept me calm and was very professional and so was his staff. Wouldn't go anywhere else for dental work.

I've been going to Jeremiah for years now. Infact my whole family sees him these days! Wonderful guy with great staff and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Jeremiah refused to share approved carrier networks so my family could select a dental discount program since my firm did not offer dental insurance. I explained all this but Bondra did not want to assist so he could continue to charge our family full procedure fees w/o discounts. Shameful as this forced us to leave his practice even though Jeanie is spectacular.

Overall have very few complaints over scheduling, Dr Bondra & staff... I will say, however, that they referred us to a periodontist that was egregiously more expensive than other ones in the same area (over 10x more for same service). Otherwise no complaints

Very professional, friendly staff from the receptionist to the hygienists. I first went to Dr Bondra last year with a broken tooth. I explained my dental fears and he was GREAT. Went this past week for a root canal and throughout the procedure and in the 1st few days afterward had ZERO pain. Dr Bondra and his staff are the ones to see if you have any fears whatsoever.

The staff here are amazing and will know you by name. Dr Bondra is very carful and caring! Clean and just a great dentist!!

Wonderful dentist and staff...wish I had found him sooner. Dr. Bondra is very entertaining and I always come out laughing.

I was a new patient for an emergency visit and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. They are knowledgeable and caring and I was relaxed at my visit ! The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left. They were all very efficient and seemed very knowledgeable.

Dr. Jeremiah Bondra and his staff are skilled professionals who really care about their patients. Dr. Bondra's team provides top notch dental care and will ensure that your trouble spots are addressed. This is our fourth year with Dr. Bondra and he is the best dentist we have ever had.
