Becky and Dr. Chao are the dream team. I love their office because they feel like family when you walk through the door. My favorite part is they’re always staying current with the latest surgery styles and trending surgery looks. You can tell they’re passionate about their work. I’ve had consults and my lips done twice now by Becky. I tell Becky what I want and she nails it! I will not trust anyone else to touch me with filler or others besides Becky!

Dr. Jerome D. Chao is the best MD in the capital region. He listens to you, never rushes, knows what he is talking about and has an awesome personality! I'm glad I found this establishment thank you Dr. Chao.

Beckie is amazing! My lips look and feel amazing, much better than other places i have been to. She was very skilled and personable. Front desk staff is also so friendly and helpful.

We were referred to Dr. Chao when my 3 year old daughter fell and sliced her ear open right down to the cartilage. Due to the COVID-19 crisis we were hesitant to go to an ER - well thank God for Dr. Chao and his staff. Dr. Chao met my daughter and I at 8:00am on a Sunday morning in an otherwise empty office. Emergency sutures for 3 year old girls is not his typical day in the office, but we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Chao explained the process kindly and honestly and kept my 3 year old feeling reassured and smiling the entire time. A week later we returned for a follow-up and to have the stitches removed. This time we had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Chao’s staff, all of whom were delightful and professional. We felt very comfortable with the COVID-19 precautions the office had in place, and again Dr. Chao had my daughter smiling and laughing through the procedure. Oh...and her ear healed beautifully.

Doctor Chao helped me get through the traumatic experience of diagnosis of Breast Cancer by giving me hope that quality of life could be attained. After my mastectomy he performed an amazing reconstruction and implant . I will always be grateful for an early diagnosis and for the honor of being his patient. Chao Plastic Surgery is an oasis of healing, and peace. Went to office to get PRP treatment, $500 job. I expected quality service for the amount of money i was spending. Doc didn't take care of me, just an assistant. She rushed quite a bit and was too quick to start the procedure after numbing. Didn't ask if it hurt prior to starting. Girl worked behind me so I didn't get to watch her prepare. Pretty damn unprofessional. If caution anyone going to figure out what treatment you're looking for. They have standard amounts of PRP per treatment. I expected a more comprehensive approach. Essentially they did half the treatment I was looking for and asked me to spend more to get what i originally asked for. All seemed like a scam. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Awesome service from start to finish. I just had my second surgery with Dr. Chao and Beckie and my results are nothing short of amazing! My results look natural and I feel great! Would highly recommend!

I can’t say enough about Dr Chao and his physician assistant Beckie. I went in for 2 consultations before committing to my surgery where Beckie spent almost 2 hrs with me at each one diligently explaining the procedure to me and answering my questions. We also spoke on the phone a couple times as doubts and more questions came up. There was never any pressure to proceed until I was 100% sure I wanted to do it. They both have a great sense of humor and make the experience so comfortable which is really helpful when having a medical procedure. Beckie contacted me multiple times the first few days after my surgery to see how I was doing and really means it when she says to call her with any issues or concerns. Caring, helpful, experienced, makes you feel comfortable!!!

This office is superior! As another local business owner involved in Beauty I understand the nature of what it is we do, which is understanding the client, allowing them to be vulnerable and helping to guide them with proper education. The entire experience from the bubbly receptionist, whom I watched literally buried the previous client who was elderly into the waiting are; to the entirely welcoming physicians was beyond superb. Personally I met with Carly whom took a lengthy amount of time to talk with me to understand my expectations. I decided to do Botox for the first time which was painless, and fill my lips again. My prior experience with my lip injections was rather painful but both procedures were very minimal in pain. The results were beautiful! When the person performing the procedure knows what they are doing this is what you can expect. This office is the one to choose, as you must understand just because someone says they “can” perform a treatment or procedure doesn’t mean it will be done correctly. I will most certainly be back! I had my first appointment with specialist Erica Robinson and I couldn't be happier! Not only was the procedure very fast with little pain, but Erica's personality and politeness really made this experience great. She introduced herself to me in a very professional but also very personable manor. At first, I was extremely nervous but her light-heartedness immediately negated that!
