Excell not physician, extremely caring and competent.

Unbelievable how I was treated over the Past month and a 1/2 I must have made over 20 calls 2 to 3 calls back and this is just disgusting the doctor might be good but their office staff is disgusting horrible please please please seek any other doctor but not this one

Dr. Veselova is an extremely bright/competent rheumatologist with many years of experience. She is compassionate, listens well, answers questions with statistical, scientific and extensive professional expertise. I am so pleased to have her as my rheumatologist.

They are very professional and very knowledgeable and explains everything very well.

Poor management No communication, no treatment plan, unprofessional. After my initial consult and blood work, diagnosing Lupus in my blood work, this office and staff were unable to follow through with any treatment plan for my autoimmune condition and my deteriorating hip condition. Natalia Veselova prescribed an injection of Gelsyn for my hip in February but they never contacted my insurance company for authorization, so after three months of this injection sitting at the pharmacy, and my repeated calls to MVP to see if they received any paperwork from her office, I was told Veselovas office never sent any paperwork or followed up with me or the insurance company, about this injection. As for the autoimmune disease I was never offered any kind of management for this condition. she had previously talked to me about using celebrex, but never received a prescription After repeated calls to this office complaining of pain Dr. Veselova nor her office have ever offered a appointment to be seen. She is a very caring and kind Doctor.

I've been going to Dr. Veselova for ten years now. She is wonderful. I always feel heard, she never seems rushed and they are very accommodating to patients. I can't imagine going anywhere else and hope I don't have to!

Dismissive. Acted like I was only there to get meds. Ignored my questions on bloodwork. Do not recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Veselova for years. She is very kind, compassionate and extremely professional. I feel I have received top notch care. Through various treatment plans, I am able to continue to work and function despite my arthritis.

I personally hate needles but love coming to this office. Tiffany is always friendly and makes sure that my medicine is ready and I’m scheduled to get it on time. Dr. Veselova is amazing and very understanding and caring just like the rest of staff in the office. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Was advised by my primary to make a rheumatology appointment ASAP. Called the office and was told they needed faxed referral and would call me back with an appointment. Waited a week after the info was faxed and, after hearing nothing called again. Voicemail, left message. Another week has passed and still no call back. Very poor business practices if nothing else. I will look elsewhere.

All I’m going to say is that I’ve been seeing Dr. Veselova for a decade plus more. Need I say anything else. I have to say this, several years ago I became her patient and I was in bad shape. The pain was so unbearable but I pushed through it because I didn’t want to seem as if I was weak. That one visit I cried because I couldn’t take it anymore. She cried with me because she could see from my X-Rays as well as my blood work how much pain I was in. Granted I had to try several different meds before we got this right. This woman is truly a God send and I am truly grateful to her. So before I go and if anyone else is experiencing the pain I had give her a chance. You won’t regret it.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! On 10/08/18, I contacted Dr Veselova's office to see if she accepted new patients. I was told that I needed to have my family doctor send over a referral, and then Dr. Veselova's office would contact me to make an appointment. I never heard back. When I called my family doctor, they indicated that the order was created with Dr. Veselova's office on 10/09/18, and that I should call her office again, I left another voicemail message at Dr. Veselova's office on 10/11/18. This is the second half of my review as I hit the screen and everything was submitted. I am so lucky to have found Dr. Veselova as I was barely able to function with my arthritis. She is kind, caring and very thorough. She has interest in me and my family, and hugged me while I cried following a diagnosis of colon cancer. I don't know what I would do without her. Her staff has always been professional.

She schedules a long enough time for a new patient that there was no rush. She reached several conclusions regarding a diagnosis and EXPLAINED her reasoning to me in a way that was rare and very compelling. She offered various kinds of advice that I will follow. I was completely satisfied with the consultation.

This office is a joke no one ever answers the phone , they change your appointments with out notifying you.

I've been seeing Di Veselova for over two years now and I would not want anyone else to do knee aspiration or injections. She is a wizard using ultrasound to know exactly where to put the (rather long!) needle inside my knee(s) after she puts anesthesia on it. Then she'll inject or aspirate and the half dozen times I've had the procedure it's been amazingly painless. Then I get relief! And her staff Margie, Mary and her nurse are all very caring and not rushed like many offices. It's a small office and my experience it that the care is top notch. Per the reviewer with a problem getting an answer on the phone---Dr. Veselova is not open every day, so there are times that voicemail is the only option.However other days someone usually answers or voicemail picks up and they do return calls. Try calling OrthoNY or one of the big guys. Many of them ONLY have voicemail options which is frustrating. Terrible customer service, completely unprofessional staff. The older women in the front is the worst. She is rude and just mean. They never answer the phone or call you back when they say they're going to. They're all very cold. It's too bad because Dr Veselova seems decent but her staff definitely brought down her ratings to a 1 star.

I had a good experience with Dr. Veselova who carefully listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I had to leave her practice solely because of rude and unprofessional office staff. I am a medical professional and have very reasonable expectations when it comes to appointment and information management. After multiple failed attempts to get in touch with the office, provide or request documentation, get medication refills and making appointments I gave up.

The manager of her office is inept and lies.A few times I left messages for Tiffany and she came right out and said I hadn't called because she didn't the messages, then she lied when I asked her if she had done the authorization for X-rays while I am out of town and she said I never asked her to. When asked her to do it she outright refused. I had my insurance company call her and she told them more lies. I am dumbfounded that this happened. Beware!!!!!

Dr. Veselova has been my doctor since June 2006. She is so kind, understanding, and patient . She takes the time to listen to you and explains everything to you. My diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis was not easy to treat but with time she found the perfect combination of medications . The staff is friendly and helpful. I am now out of state and only hope I find a new MD that will have the knowledge, experience and patience that Dr. Veselova has.

I had a great experience with Dr. Veselova. She spent a great deal of time going over previous records, did a full examination and took the time to explain things and then ordered labs and additional imaging. She really made me feel like she cared and listened to everything I had to say. I highly recommend her and I finally feel I have found a doctor that wants to help me with my pain. So happy my ortho Dr sent me here. The receptionist and nurse were polite and helpful, whole office was great!

Dr. Veselova is knowledgable, caring, and thorough. She spends a good deal of time with me at visits; answers all questions. She advised me to contact the office with swelling in my joint. When I did, she scheduled me to be seen 2 days later. During the visit she aspirated fluid from my painful, swollen ankle. I was apprehensive about the procedure, but barely felt a thing. She was very concerned about my comfort and proceeded slowly and carefully. I highly recommend her as a rheumatologist.
